Autozone used to be a great place to get a battery or a part for your car like window shield…read morewipers, etc but the last 2 times I was in there the employees were not helpful. Went in there a few days ago we needed an air filter for our car. Guy looked it up and kept looking at us like we were idiots because Wal-Mart changed our oil but told us that we needed a new oil filter but what he showed us was an oil filter. While I was trying to explain this the employee just looked like he didn't care what I was saying. I asked that I needed help putting it on and he just kept saying hun, he finally asked another employee that was sitting there on her phone that they don't do things like that I would need to go to the shop across the street?, he also said that none of the other shops like o'reileys would fix it either. When usually they do put on. Window shield wipers for us in the past, put batteries in our car, tested the check engine light . I guess the lady working there was too busy on her phone and the guy waiting on us was not able to put the air filter on. Do better, Stillwater.

He advised the labor would be around $500. I contacted BBB due to his unfair pricing and was advised to refuse payment unless he produced a receipt. After asking for a receipt for the part, Ronnie stated, I don't have a receipt, we paid via credit card. Needless to say it's 2025, this guy is a crook and takes advantage of people who don't look into his antics. BEWARE of this place to say the least. I will never go back to him regardless. At time of checkout we told them everything we purchased and she figured it up gave us a total we paid it and left. We live an hour from auction and we were almost home. Amy calls us up and said we didn't pay for two of our items after looking at at our tickets she was right. I told her I'd mail her a check right away she refused the check. She said you can come back and pay I wasn't going to drive another 45 min to go back. She said you can pay by phone with a credit card I agreed to pay by phone with a credit card if she wouldn't charge me the extra 5.00 for her mistake. She refused to wave the 5.00 fee. Tells me if I don't pay her the money + 5.00 she will call the cops and report me for stealing items from her auction. I've never been treated so poorly and threatened by someone ever and this was for her mistake. I ended up given in and over paying her 5.00. This is not about 5.00 it's about the way I was treated like a thief. Believe me you don't want to do business with her.
