I`m sorry the man had a stroke , I really am but, get him off the counter. One happy customer will tell 2 people about you, one unhappy customer will tell 7 people about you. Contacted Husqvarna hoping for some goodwill considering the mower only had 44 hours on it. Husqvarna was unwilling as the mower was technically out of warranty because of the number of years which had passed. Brian (service manager) and the owner Jeff(?) flexed their muscle with Husqvarna and OOPE even pitched in money as well to the point of my repair costing me one-third of what it would have otherwise. I know there are other reviews that have aged that were not so flattering, I think the staff has improved since then and I couldn't be more pleased!
