If you have folks working for you that don`t want to help the customer because he had a stroke and…read morecan`t concentrate....... that person should not be working the counter. I bought a belt today after almost begging. He was ready to cost the store a $55 sell. I have bought several belts there and they were simply measured. This person had to have a model no. because he didn`t want to use a tape! I worked for TCC for many years and we bought many pieces of expensive equipment from you all. This shit pisses me off. I`m sorry the man had a stroke , I really am but, get him off the counter. One happy customer will tell 2 people about you, one unhappy customer will tell 7 people about you. Btw, his attitude sucked and it took him about 45 seconds to find my belt after all that bullshit. I think this guy was probably an ass before he had the stroke. Not sorry. OOPE went above and beyond the call when I had significant repairs needed for my Husqvarna Riders R…read more322T AWD. Purchased in 2014 my front and rear hydrostatic transmissions went out in 2019. Contacted Husqvarna hoping for some goodwill considering the mower only had 44 hours on it. Husqvarna was unwilling as the mower was technically out of warranty because of the number of years which had passed. Brian (service manager) and the owner Jeff(?) flexed their muscle with Husqvarna and OOPE even pitched in money as well to the point of my repair costing me one-third of what it would have otherwise. I know there are other reviews that have aged that were not so flattering, I think the staff has improved since then and I couldn't be more pleased!
