They questioned him and he said it was for a different pizza, but then they went over to the cooler and it was priced $5. He did not adjust the price for them. They just kind of looked at each other and left. I was next in line and decided to look at my receipt. I too was charged more than the listed price in the cooler for that wine and another item I bought. I pointed it out and all the cashier said was they were adjusting the prices for the season. I said that they needed to publish the correct price then. Nothing. Crickets. No adjustment and no apology. Barney's is only a couple miles, so I will just go there from now on. Check your receipts, but good luck getting them to make good on it.

From Jacqueline's knowledge, to friendliness, to price, the customer is receiving the best there is in wines. She gave me her "Top 50 Tasting" brochure from June 2018, asked what I liked in each variety of wine, then went over every single bottle from her interesting inventory of rose, red and white, I had the slight interest in. A small shop chock full with a museum of wines from around the world, a few wine accessories and chocktes and with Jacqueline's expert touch, I feel I received knowledge that I will not find in any wine shop or liquor store in Chicago.
