We had a "bat wing", bracket on our patio gate fail/wear out. One doesn't realize how VITAL…read moresomething like this is, until you lose use of it. Having 3 Little Doggies that need to go out on a regular basis for one, but being our major point of egress, it was a MAJOR inconvenience to lose use thereof. Calling around for estimates I was quite shocked at the OUTRAGEOUS cost of replacing one small but vital component of our gate. $300-$500 was the common estimate. which seemed ridiculous. My last call was to Ben's Mobile Welding, and although I had already arranged a service with someone who gave a much more palatable bid, Ben undercut that bid a little bit. Something just told me, Ben was the better option, other than a better bid. Devine Intervention?? Probably so. Ben arrived sooner than arranged, and to say I was blown away by his knowledge of what needed to be done, his commitment to "doing things right", 'not cutting any corners', and completing the job in a very admirable manner, could never be conveyed more resoundingly! Ben went above and beyond what I expected and had hoped for and even offered/insisted on making an additional repair. Even when offering to go 'above and beyond' what he was there to do, and running into some difficulty in doing so, his admirable work ethic and commitment to doing things 'the right way', again just blew me away. A work ethic and commitment to such, you just, rarely, very rarely find anymore these days! I can honestly say you couldn't find a better professional should you ever need this type of work around your home. Needless to say, I was very happy to pay him about 25% more than we had agreed upon and he expected.

On top of that after the parts went through inspection, all of them failed because these guys put their hangers exactly where I told them not to ... stay far away from these guys they just cost me a couple grand.
