Scott responded to my request within 24 hours and deposit was made shortly after. He was communicative and upfront with timing/pricing, making the process seamless. Within 3 weeks our brand new mailbox was ready and for a small fee they were willing to install. Perfect! A couple days later we had a light rain, causing the mailbox to receive a nice rust patina. It is a shame that I came to conduct business with MezFab and we were to meet with Cody to talk about a project. I understand that we are visitors, I understand social distancing, and I understand that to some it is optional to wear a mask. Yet when you have someone with a bad cough and walks you into an enclosed room a red flag comes up. Also, when someone invites you to their place of business and a person looks at you as if you have no right to be here (Cody) and immediately dismisses your idea by saying "We just do not do that." For a moment I wondered "do what?" At that point, it was best to leave. This person who I will not call a man did not even welcome us, open a door for us to come in, and as much as he wanted us out he did not hold the door for us or even wait until we left.
