Her outgoing and personable personality made it easy to break the ice in the beginning. She was very understanding of our budget and needs. We could not be happier with what we got. She also did our engagement photos which included our 2 daughters. She knows some great places to take photos based on your desires. Let me put it this way, our venue requires people to choose from their vendors including photographers otherwise you might have to pay a penalty fee of $500. We were so thrilled about using Carly and Chriss we didn't care about the penalty as we wanted the photos to be amazing. They were just that, about 4 weeks after our wedding we got our photos and could not be more thrilled on how they turned out!!! On the wedding day her and Chriss showed up early to capture photos and they knew exactly what we wanted and how to get the best photos in the most efficient manner. They helped coordinate operations during our wedding and honestly didn't intrude on the wedding. They stayed in the background and captured amazing photos. He is incredibly friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable. We agreed to do an engagement session, 1 location for 90mins to see if we'd be comfortable working with James. It couldn't have gone better. Initially, we were a bit stiff, but James gave us tips on how to act naturally, suggested poses and hand positions that made us feel and look relaxed. The time flew by and we actually ended up going to a second location with a wardrobe change. Overall, it was about 2 hours. James did not mind at all. James was kind enough to print a large poster and sign that shipped to our house in just a few days. He price matched any package/prints from other photographers.
