Firstly, through all of her communications (text l, emails, phone calls), she walks you through what happens during the entire process. I appreciated this so I knew what to anticipate in advance. She really makes it easier providing advice on your selection of clothing, what looks good on you and on the camera and what may not, so you have and idea what to shop for.
