We booked a mini session with Kelsey and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was extremely professional and welcoming. The booking process was super simple, the session itself was easy and seamless, and she even got the photos back to us sooner than expected. My hubby and I aren't big fans of being in front of the camera, but Kelsey made us feel very at ease. She was also able handle our two girls (ages 6 and 3), who can be quite the handful. They quickly warmed up to Kelsey and she was able to get such nice candid and genuine smiles from them, which is quite the struggle most of the time. The girls had such a fun time, they're asking when the next photoshoot is going to be! Our session was right at sunset, which I think is a wonderful time to take photos. The location she chose was nice and secluded, with easy and plentiful parking. 15 minutes seems like it wouldn't be enough time to take many photos, but she was able to capture quite a lot for us, and it didn't feel rushed at all. I absolutely love our newborn photos taken by Kelsey! I chose Kelsey as our newborn photographer because I liked her work with the natural lighting / poses, she offered the option to come to our home and our dog was able to join us in the photos. I appreciate how her packages INCLUDING prices are listed on her website as opposed to the websites who require you to contact them for pricing. Kelsey was great at communicating via email and text message. She arrived right on time! Our dog was not very fond of the stranger in our home and our baby was still awake but Kelsey was so patient and everything ended up working out. With a newborn, our house was a hot mess but only parts of our room and nursery would be needed to be "clean" for the photos.
