We hired Oya for my husband's 40th birthday and boy did she bring down the coffee house with the song "Amazing Grace." I can't rave about her enough. She is an amazing person with an incredible gift who went above and beyond what I asked for. She was honest and transparent about her process and prices because she's a woman of integrity. I highly recommend her for your next event whether you need a singer or speaker, she's the one. read more

My husband and I hired Oye Productions for our wedding last Sunday and are extremely happy with the music and service they provided! We found out about Oye from a friend of ours who takes Salsa lessons in Berkeley from Rebecca, a member of their team. We hired a band with 4 people- a male and female singer, and Rebecca to teach a 15 minute salsa lesson to our guests. We also had a guitarist play the music for the ceremony processional and recessional. The songs he chose to play for the wedding were beautiful- and it was so nice to have live musicians there for the whole time. Rebecca did a great job exciting the crowd and teaching them a little salsa, despite the fact that our dance floor was on a little bit of a slope. There were some huge schedule snags that greatly affected the bands ability to eat on time and they also ended up being outside when they had not expected it. Despite those major miscommunications on our end, they played an incredible event for us that all guests enjoyed. They also learned a beautiful version of our first dance song- The Way I Am, by Ingrid Michaelson. I also want to mention that they invited Walter and I to attend salsa lessons with Rebecca so that we could prepare for our wedding! Because of them, learning to dance together is now one of our favorite past times. Thanks, again, Oye!!!! read more

We contracted Patricio and his Flamenco Trio for a wedding in Napa and his trio was amazing! They're professional prompt and delivered a gorgeous performance and experience for everyone present! Additionally, we also hired his cigar rolling team and what a bonus!!! I highly recommend them and we now have a one stop shop for ALL Entertainment needs. Patricio delivered the upmost and overall service plus experience! I've recently recommended this company to a friend whose planning a wedding as they're seeking a Mariachi Band. Love Oye, Patricio and his entire team!! read more

I contracted with Patricio of Oye Productions for my May 2021 wedding in Pleasanton. He came highly recommended by my wedding planner (Allora Events). Working with Patricio is a pleasure! After an initial call to get to know my (then) fiance and I, he was able to recommend several options for live entertainment along with several sample recordings. We decided to book a trio to play pre-ceremony and cocktail hour. Patricio also helped me arrange a special serenade for my grandma. Our guests enjoyed the vibe. We thought we got good value. Would recommend! read more

This was such a great addition to a suprise birthday party I threw. Patricio was a delight to work with and responded to my many e-mails within a day. Out of all the parties and weddings I helped plan, he was by far the easiest to work with. I had a budget and he was willing to help out to make things work. The cigar roller we had was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. The cigar quality was excellent. We had quite a bit of daily cigar smokers and they said that it was really smooth. Many went for seconds! I love throwing parties and I would definately work with them again. Thanks again for making the party extra special. read more

I just finished using Oye Productions for my wedding. The cigar bar/live roller was a hit! Patricio sent a female roller (which was unique) though I probably would have preferred Patricio only b/c I was communicating with him all year and he seemed like such a fun and personable guy. The live roller on the day was very friendly too but unfortunately I was so busy I didnt get a chance to swing by her table to say hi. All in all, Oye Productions is definitely the place to go for all your cigar rolling needs and Patricio is just an absolute joy to work with! read more

I adore this agency, and its founder/owner Patricio Angulo. More than once he has helped me in a jam to fulfill a client's last minute request, whether it be a cigar roller, a band or a mariachi trio. Patricio gets back to you quickly and personally, and his entertainers and performers are all great to work with, so friendly and professional. If you're looking to add some spice to your event, take it from this professional event planner--hiring Oye will be worth it for complete peace of mind. Gracias, Oye! read more

Thank you Patricio for being so on top of everything, designing a beautiful custom cigar band for our wedding, and sending a personable and talented cigar roller. This was such a hit at our wedding! Everyone loves a good cigar, and even those that don't were snapped in a photo puffing on one of Oye's cigars. They added a layer of something special and extra to our wedding night. Our cigar roller was professional, polite, talented, and was enjoyed by all. This was money well spent and our guests our still raving over it! read more

We used Oye Productions for their cigar rolling services at my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with their services! Patricio is personable and extremely responsive which made my job EASY (he's the individual you work with on details and reserving, but another individual will arrive on the day of your event). We received free samples of the cigars for us to choose from before even booking them and he was more than ok when I requested a combo of 2 different types. They offer custom cigar bands, which we took advantage of and used our custom monogram for the artwork. I wanted my groomsmen to have some cigars in advance so they could have them prior to the wedding, Patricio happily accommodated this request as well. He was even kind of enough to have our roller set aside a few for us at our reception and gave them to my husband directly to ensure we had a few of our own to take home. All and all, I am 100% happy with Oye and would definitely recommend their services!!! All of my guests LOVED this unique addition to our reception so a HUGE thank you to Oye Productions :) read more

My husband and I recently had Oye Productions at our wedding in Napa and they were fabulous! From the moment we hired them all the way to the end, they were wonderful to work with. Professional, prompt and fun! We hired a cigar roller to be on-site during the reception and it was the talk of the party. Our guests are still talking about it two months later! The cigars were a hit and we are so glad that we hired Oye Productions to be at our wedding! And they topped it off with sending my husband and I cigars to our house as a special gift upon our return from our honeymoon. Ask for Patricio...the best! read more

We worked with Patricio and Oye Productions for the music for our wedding last weekend and couldn't have been happier! Patricio was wonderful to work with, all the way from our initial e-mail, to us figuring out what it was we actually wanted, to tweaking things up to the last minute. We wanted a live salsa band and a DJ, so through Patricio's suggestions, we hired Mazacote and Walter Vela. Mazacote played background music during cocktails, then the full band played after dinner for an hour, and DJ Walter played background music during dinner and a dancing set for the final hour of the event. The dance floor was full the whole night with seasoned salsa dancers and newbies alike, and the transition from band to DJ was flawless. So many of our guests said "best wedding music ever!" and we definitely agree! The music served as the perfect blend of a half Puerto Rican salsa dancing, hip-hop loving groom, and an American bride that's learning to salsa dance, but also got her fill of classic rock and everything in between! read more

My wife and I contracted with Patricio and his team for our wedding recently. While I know our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, the cigar set up by Patricio stole the show!!! From initial contact, his team was on top of things. The response was prompt and all of our questions were answered, making the process that much simpler. I couldn't have asked for better professional from this team. I would high recommend and contract with them in a heart beat! Thanks Oye Productions! read more

Less than a week before my 40th birthday party, I decided to look for a latin band. Easier said than done. I looked online and took me a few days to come across Oye Productions' website. I emailed them explaining exactly what I was looking for. Patricio responded to my email within a day and gave me a couple of recommendations. Once he new more details about the party, he contacted the musicians to check on availability and we booked the group soon after that. Patricio was responsive and professional and thanks to him I got a band that was exactly what I was looking for. Santos Perdidos played for us and was a delight for me and my guests. Got tons of compliments and can't wait for the next time I have to plan a party. I will definitely start with Oye Productions, they have a big selection of bands, DJ's, Dancers and cigar rollers to choose from. read more

We were on the fence about adding a cigar bar to our wedding celebration, but our wedding planner had us contact Patricio at Oye Productions...and we are so glad we did! I love having Oye Productions at our event. About six months ago our daughter got engaged and while we were visiting our venue and making some preliminary decisions. I asked them about any weddings they had that had a "WOW" factor. Immediately the co-ordinated mentioned Oye Productions and Patricio. I sent off a quick email and was stunned when I got an answer back almost immediately. This was a little bit of a shocker as most places were taking up to 24 hours to respond. At any rate, I can't say enough great things about Patricio and his team. The two rollers that came to the wedding were superb! Our guests were buzzing when they saw them arrive and setting up. They brought a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the evening and really became a part of the family as they hand rolled cigars for our guests for hours. I can't wait for another opportunity to have Patricio and team join us again! read more

Oye Productions was responsive, fair, thorough, and awesome. I contracted with them for a DJ for our event. Patricio managed the contracting process in a way that I was confident EVERYTHING was covered. DJ Walt is one of my FAVORITE DJs. I was thrilled that he was available for the event. He knows how to read a crowd, ensure that the music is poppin' AND age appropriate (children were present), and keep folks on the dance floor wanting more. Thank you! Looking forward to next time. read more

Patricio has such a wonderful cigar rolling business. We used his services for our wedding as favors for the men! It was such a great treat for our male guests. All the men stated the cigars were smooth to smoke and the women said the personalized labels Patricio made were fabulous. His staff was such a joy to work with and we were glad he added just a little more elegance to our already beautiful reception. Thank you Patricio! read more

Oyé Productions is top notch. I contacted Patricio about a week before my client's event looking for a last minute guitarist. He got right on it. I got a call within the hour letting me know he had an available performer. The guitarist Gabrial was very professional. He was on time and made sure to check in with our catering staff upon arrival. I would recommend this vendor to anyone looking for some great party entertainment. Prices are fair and the booking process is seamless. Thank you for a great event! read more

We used Oye Productions for their cigar rolling services at our Holiday Party last week at Lake Merced. Organizing the event was super easy thanks to Patricio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We decided to to have a cigar and port wine bar at our wedding and it was such a great call. Everyone loved the cigars. I had multiple people who are big cigar smokers come up to me during the wedding and tell me how great the cigars were and what a great idea it was to have the cigar bar - that includes my uncle, who is very selective about his cigars (he usually mail-orders them from Cuba) - he took several cigars home with him! The cigar roller and assistant that Oye provided were both excellent - I would highly recommend using them! read more

Patricio and the team at Oye Productions were among the best vendors we dealt with for our wedding in Napa. They were professional from start to finish. They gave us a bunch of great options to choose from for our cigar rolling set up for our wedding. We even chose to have our cigar label rings customized with our names and date (which came out perfect). And on the day of the wedding, everything went awesome! They had a great set up, were rolling cigars so there was no lines for our 150 person wedding. Everywhere I looked around our wedding I either saw someone having a cigar, or having one in their pocket for later. And the gentleman they sent out to our site was super nice and friendly and we made a point of taking pictures with him later so we could remember the event. I've been to a handful of cigar rolling stations and weddings and not only was this among the best......the cigars were super tasty to boot! Not just a novelty but a great tasting cigar. Very highly recommend Oye Productions and the team! Would definitely work with them again. read more

I hired Oye Productions (Los Montoyas guitar duo) for my husbands 50th birthday party. Patricio was extremely efficient, prompt and professional to work with. I made my first call right before Cinco de Mayo (his busiest time of year) and he took the time to talk to me send me suggestions for musicians. Our duo arrived early and played for a couple hours to rave reviews from our guests. I recommend his company to anyone looking to hire entertainers. read more

Thank You Patricio and Oye' Productions for making my wedding so memorable. The cigar bar was a big hit. My husband was so thrilled when he heard of my surprise of the cigar bar. Oye Productions were part of our recent wedding and without a doubt was an overwhelming success. The cigars were fresh and rolled on the spot and we had a line of guest waiting to try one in celebration of our special day! I would recommend Oye for any event - weddings and other special events. I'm thinking of having a Super Bowl Party in February 2015 and will definitely either have them on-site for the party or pre-order some in advance! Thank you Oye for making our day a special and memorable event! read more

I used Oye Productions back in Feb. 2007 for our wedding. My husband is from Michigan with very traditional mid-western sensibilities and I am a Chicana from SoCal with the typical, loud (and extensive) Mexican familia. I wanted a Mariachi for my wedding but they were far too expensive anywhere we looked. My husband and his family sort of cringed when I talked about it. We contacted Patricio at Oye and he understood the situation completely. He booked us a fabulous 3-person band to appeal to the traditional Latin feel we wanted without annoying the American side of our new blended family. They were a HIT! We started the cocktail hour with them and then switched to a DJ for dinner. My only regret was not booking them for the WHOLE time. They were that good. I found myself tuning into their sound throughout the cocktail hour....awesome ambiance, yet not intrusive. The perfect sound!! Not only that but they saved the day when one of their band members had our wedding song on their iPod (The Best Is Yet To Come- Sinatra) becuase our lame-@ss DJ didnt have it!!!). Needless to say, if ever I have the need for a band, I'll be calling Oye first. Forget the DJ. read more
