Please don't WASTE your TIME or MONEY on this VERY unprofessional business I had a $600 credit with this mariachi from 2020, which was confirmed in writing to never expire. We scheduled them for 3/28 from 4-6pm, but at 5pm they left instead of taking a break. When I reached out at 6 PM, they asked if more family had arrived--irrelevant, since I paid for a full 2 hour performance. They offered to return or refund the $600. I asked for the refund but I haven't received anything, and my calls and Apple Pay requests have been ignored. Regrettably, they arrived about an hour late and refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The agreed hours we had scheduled was from 7 to 9pm. Although they stayed throughout both hours, all guests had left by 9pm, which was when the event was supposed to end. They are very active with crowd and with client feedback they are able to play music of our liking. A couple of highlights where remix of Juan Gariel. The leader of the group is not a man of his word. He tells you something to get the money but then does whatever he wants once he has the money. We paid him a total of 1400 and the group only fulfilled 1 hour of their service. He said they were going on break and never came back. We called and texted and he said they were right outside. I personally went out of the event and walked to find him. No one was there. He stopped answering calls and texts so we used other phones we had available. He answered saying he will return the money, but still no money returned. You can choose to believe me or not it is entirely up to you, but don't make the same mistake that I and other people have made. I'm sure he will reply with a made up story. He is good at making up things. I hope if you are reading this you decide to go with a more reliable source of entertainment. You are gambling by hiring this group. Honestly, they put the name of Mexico to shame. They should change their name to "Mariachi El Mentiroso" instead. But best believe that an official complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau and a consumer complaint will be filed with the state attorney general. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I received from this mariachi group during my father's birthday celebration on September 28th, 2024. This experience has prompted me to reach out to you in hopes of addressing these concerns and preventing similar situations for future clients. A couple years ago, I had a wonderful experience with this group, which is why I chose to hire you again. At that time, I was offered a special rate for an additional hour of performance at the cost of $100, provided that I contracted for a minimum of two hours. I accepted this offer and received a contract outlining our agreement. However, the day of the event was marred by several issues. Firstly, the team arrived an hour late without prior communication.When they finally arrived, some members appeared intoxicated and requested more alcohol. Additionally, despite our prior agreement to perform outside, they insisted on playing indoors instead. Due to "rain" when it was the smallest drizzle. Something else the second I called them the main guy was INSISTING on his deposit that it was needed NOW before they were booked by others. I was told I would get the contract after , which I never did and when I asked the question was ignored or said they were busy. The most concerning issue arose when it was time to discuss the contract hour. The main performer informed me that due to their late arrival, the additional hour would be considered free and not honored as per our contract. This was completely unacceptable given that my family and I had complied with all terms of our agreement. Example paying our deposit. I kept on insisting for my contract and NEVER received one. I was always told they were busy when I would ask. Furthermore, the conduct displayed by this team was unprofessional; they disregarded my attempts to clarify the situation and instead sought payment from my guests without my consent. After expressing my frustration and declining to pay for services not rendered as agreed upon in our contract, the team left abruptly after promising to return the following day under certain conditions--conditions that were not met I have since learned from others who have hired these services that similar complaints have arisen regarding the professionalism and adherence to contracts. It is disheartening to see such inconsistency in service quality. I urge you to reflect on this incident and consider how you might rectify this situation not only for myself but also for future clients who deserve a professional experience aligned with what is promised in contractual agreements. Your attention to this matter is appreciated as it will help prevent such unfortunate experiences from occurring again. read more

But little did we know the 3 hours included the set up and lunch..They took 30 minutes to set up ,they were drinking beer while setting up and they took 30 minutes to eat and drink again, they took another 20 brake to eat some more.
