So yeah this company is a scam. UPDATE Had another company come out and they were able to get the garage door working by replacing the belt and making some adjustments on the opener. The repairman said that the tech from Don's garage hooked the opener to the wrong hole on the door bracket which was causing it not to close automatically all the way.
