I decided to book after reading his great reviews, and I couldn't be happier that I did! My pup has been sick over the past week (IYKYK), and I also had some red clay mud tracked in on my front steps from ongoing new construction and workers coming and going. My home is three stories, so not a small job! Damian walked through the house with me, explained his method of treatment, and then got right to work. It would appear to me these are just short of Armorlite. Now the installation was very pleasant if that's possible. The guys did the job like it was their own house! Very friendly and patient with my watching them and all of the fit and finish was perfection. I've had many contractors come from painting to landscaping etc. these guys have been placed at the top of the list. I will live with these windows for awhile and do another review in reference to energy

I never received an estimate for the cost to repair my home. My insurance company received an estimate for $2219.00 for mitigation. Restoration Plus during the mitigation process removed the chandelier in my dining-room and the also removed the cabinets in my kitchen. They moved my furniture all over the house. They also cut out the ceilings and removed the wet insulation from the ceilings Restoration plus set up their equipment for the drying the ceilings out. Restoration plus returned 2 days later to remove their equipment. They did not call to say when they would return for the repairs . I waited a week & half Restoration plus still had not called. So I called my insurance company to see if Restoration plus had given them an estimate for repairs. Insurance company stated no. But they did have a estimate for Mitigation for $ 2219.00. I picked the check up from my insurance co to pay restoration plus. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job that restoration plus was hired to do. Restoration plus refused to come back and put the chandelier back up in my dining-room or the Kitchen cabinets back on the wall in my kitchen.They stated to me they would have to hire a electrician & Cabinetry contractor to put my chandelier and cabinets back. I asked why would they do that? When their own workers are the guys who removed them. Why should i have to pay out more money for something their guys removed. Restoration Plus is a nightmare. I would not recommend these guys to anyone! They prey on disaster to rob people of their insurance claims. They overcharge for their poor services. Take the insurance claim and hire somebody else. Do not use these crooks!
