I own a heavy duty steam cleaner (the kind people rent from Lowes) and nothing would budge these stains except for Steve's equipment (and elbow grease)! He spent three hours on my two sofas- and barely charged me. His rates were exceptionally reasonable. This is someone who stand behind his work and knows what approach to take so as to have it be effective and safe for your fabrics. Apparently he does hardwood floors, tile, sheepskins (which we have), and rugs of every kind. I am just so glad I called him. Talk about zero buyers remorse. Seriously exceptional.

It took over a month for them to clean it, and when they returned the rug it wasn't even my rug!!! They gave me a random rug I've never seen before, and it wasn't even the same size or color!!! They took back that rug and said they will look for my rug. I gave them a month to look for it. I kept checking in, and they told me I never gave them my rug and that I gave them this random rug I've never even seen before! I now have to file a small claim as they won't replace my rug, and basically told me to get lost because they aren't going to do anything to make this right.

The owner…read moreJimmy greeted us warmly and let us know that he outsourced tailoring so was unsure if the job could be done due to the intricacies in the bag's structure. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely.
