They were waiting to invest in a good carpet cleaning until now after 5 years of hard goodbyes (and accidents). They got out everything. It was a full house cleaning, probably 1000 s ft of space (because the kitchen and dining areas are tile) and it was well under the 500 they budgeted. Every stain was out, and the 12-ish year old carpet looked new. And all done in 2 hours. The service was great too - they listened to my mom (I had been visiting from out of state), and were kind and courteous (a dad-son team). They came in the range they specified - near the end of it from a busy day of appts. Note: they don't move anything, and we knew this. Just saying so no one expects that. Highly recommend.

She also told me I need to pay for wear and tear of her vehicle and time in the drive. I wish my job would cover that. Unrealistic...she also cancelled on me, I need reliability. I know she has done that to other homes she cleaned, so I'm out. Would NOT suggest them. From Sabrina's response it's obvious how abrupt she can be. Be aware if you decide to hire them.
