Absolutely terrible service. I scheduled an appointment for last weekend for them to clean the…read moresaltillo tile in the bathroom. I was specific with the dispatcher. They have you wait around for five hours, then the guy shows up, and he informs me that he didn't know what he was supposed to do, didn't know it was saltillo tile, and he didn't have the right equipment for the job. Fine, rescheduled for today. Again, waiting around for five hours. at 11:45, they still haven't shown up. I call the office, and I get the run around. They tell me that the crew is busy with a big job and will be at least two hours late. Did I want to reschedule. I was furious. Why didn't they call me? I finally track down the manager, who is making excuses for the crew. One of the guys didn't show because his wife went into labor. Why do I care? He didn't go into labor. Why didn't he call me? Horrible experience, and the work they did was mediocre at best. Do not use this franchise. Absolutely terrible service.
