The Oxford Shell location is just ok. If you are just pumping gas, then things are quick.... every time I have to go inside the building for anything.... the wait is always soooooooooo long. I wish it could be a little quicker inside and I would be more apt to head in every now and then. With the Kroger gas point discounts, they just cannot compete..... we have been doing all of our gas fill ups there! read more
