This is more than a gas station. They do have lots of pumps and there's an air/vacuum time for your car that take quarters or credit cards. You get I think 3 minutes of air or vacuum time for $0.75. I never have change so if I need this service being able to use a CC is awesome. Brightly lit at night too and they always have working/new squeegees for your windshields. This is a major plus in my world! The inside has all the liquor that exists in Michigan I swear. Lots of beer and wine too They really do have everything. There's also bagels, donuts, all kinds of different coffee's-everything. It's not like a regular quick stop-it's something else. I don't smoke but I noticed they have a large humidor and all kinds of ecigs, vape stuff and cigarettes also. I stopped in here to quench my thirst for a Slurpee since it's a 7-Eleven. A very busy store but the 3 employees at the registers were great assisting people coming and going on a hot day. The gas station was pretty busy also with 8 vehicles at the gas pumps being used out of 12. They have a ice cooler machine that stores bags of ice. I saw a family buying a few bags for their coolers to take on a Sunday trip. Happy employees assisting customers with pop, other beverage drinks, slurpees. At counter area I saw 2 Pizzas warming in an area, along with 2 types of *dogs* on the rolling thing machine :) You name it / this is a NICE 7-Eleven, 7-11.. very clean, organized, stacked newspapers, cigarettes, cigars, candy, snacks, donuts, hot or cold coffee and many other last-minute necessities like a typical 7-Eleven store. I definitely agree that this 7-Eleven location really showed better quality and customer service than the one around my neighborhood on 21 at Garfield Rd. Wish I could have read the names off of the employees shirts to compliment them. The 3 lines were moving too fast. I only took a few pictures because it was such a busy time of day. The flow of people in and out along with great customer service went well and fast to get a person out the door to cool off and be on their way. I hope to be back weekly to try a different Slurpee. They could use a lot more new flavors in here. My 1 COMPLAINT and disatisfaction. I bought a Vernors flavored slurpee. The two closest ones nearest me were this one, inside a Walgreens, and one in Farmington Hills, so since this one was only about 20-minutes away from me, I opted for it. I made an appointment for the test online, and when you arrive, there are kiosks (on the right-side of the store, once you walk in) where you check in. You will need your driver's license, as the kiosk scans it to gather your information. Someone will call your name, and then take you into the LabCorp area, which was like a mini doctor's office area and something you'd never guess was behind the doors! I didn't get the name of my technician but it only took her one poke to get my blood, which is pretty good in my book; I get bloodwork done frequently and sometimes it takes two or even three pokes. She told me 2-3 days for the results, but UNC has told me 2-4 weeks; when I asked UNC about it, they said normally the lab would give you the results in 2-3 days, but the 2-4 weeks is because they ship it to LabCorp in California and there are a few other steps that need to happen first before I can get the results. I got the test because I want to know if I have COVID-19 antibodies (I have been vaccinated, but am on immunosuppressants), but most people get it to see if they've ever been infected with COVID, I believe.

Bob and his son, Andrew, own and run this store and on a recent Monday a woman in her 90s entered the store confused and in a bit of angst unaware of where she was and how to get her disabled vehicle operating again. Bob was there that night. Instead of dismissing her he treated her with kindness and helped her get in touch with both the necessary public services and her daughter. My fiancé has stopped in twice to shake Bob's hand and thank him but has missed him both times. The reason for this review is that this location is somewhat unique because they have liquor for sale. I spoke with the owners wife, she was extremely pleasant. They own the new location at Rochester and Wattles in the old blockbuster space as well. It seems pretty standard regarding everything else except they have a turbo chef type oven like Subway uses to toast subs, so they're able to make food items on the spot such as mini corn dog bites and hash brown bites. I'm not sure if other seven Elevens carry ice but they do here inside. The co-owner let me know if there's anything they don't carry that you like to see let them know. They combined with liquor and a very clean modern look inside made it worth my time to Yelp a 7-Eleven.
