Another was so strung out on caffeine, I swear I never saw him blinked. So when I found CS Dental Associates many years ago, I never wanted to go anywhere else. I even commuted in to see my dentist when I lived in downtown Chicago. They have several dentists working here, and I actually saw a few of them for various reasons (maternity leave, vacation, etc.) I was nervous every time they made an appointment for me with a new dentist, but they have all been great. They give me the play by play while they're working in my mouth, which helps me stay calmed and informed. In the recent couple of years, they were able to assign me a regular dentist. This is nice since he knows my history and I am comfortable with him. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and there's a TV in the waiting room. It's conveniently located a few doors down from Jewel, so I can get my grocery shopping done at the same time. Hooray to efficiency!

I was looking for a new dentist. I went, everything was great. Although, after a couple more visits that's when it took a turn. Long story short, I went in for a routine cleaning. Now I will say, life got the best of me and I didn't make it in when I should have. Nevertheless, that shouldn't have altered what proceeded to happen. I am in the chair, getting the work done. They are doing different tests, measurements and procedures. To my understanding as well as other healthcare professionals I've directly spoken to, you should always be informed of cost that's not going to be covered by your insurance. Upon getting ready to check out, I'm told that I have an outstanding balance. I was taken back because no one informed me of this at all. Now let's put this into perspective. If you were to say for example, go get repairs done to your vehicle. You go in for an oil change that's supposed to be covered by a plan that you have. Then all of a sudden the technician inspecting the car finds out that the car needs additional repairs outside of the oil change. So they go ahead and do them. You get to the cashier and are told you owe X amount of dollars. How would that make you feel? That would make you feel as if you were taken advantage of, right? You have homeowners insurance, you file a claim and then all of a sudden the contractor said there was more work they found a long the way. It needed to be done, so they just did it, but insurance doesn't cover it so you're responsible whether you like it or not. I had pleaded my case numerous times to the facility. I asked to speak to a manager, she had informed me that there was nothing that she could do and the reason for the additional charges was that I was out of network for their facility. My insurance provider or plan didn't change, so I had no idea I was out of network. I scheduled the appointment appropriately & then was told upon exit that I had a balance. So obviously, they knew, but never informed me of such changes. Sure, is that on me to some degree, yes, but coming from the business that I'm in, if I know for a fact that someone's terms have changed, I am absolutely going to inform them. It's the right thing to do. As a consumer, hearing this information you feel very taken advantage of. Recently, I received a notice that I'm being sent to collections for the amount I owe. So I called in again as a last stich effort to try and make amends here. The area manager refuses to call me back after numerous attempts. Mind you, this is someone new that has filled the role because the previous person I spoke to isn't there anymore. Regardless of the fact, as a manager, it's your responsibility to ensure business flows accordingly. All that is happening here is that someone is sitting behind a desk and not willing to call a customer that has a concern. That right there shows me all that I need to know about this business. They are money hungry enough to send someone to collections over a bill that's less than $200. In my business, I take care of things for customers that are created problems by our team or problems created by the customer. However, in the sake of our reputation & long term business with the customer, sometimes you just do what you have to do & move on. That being said, I personally would never recommend anyone to go to this business for these reasons above. They are negligent to keeping their customers informed. The manager refuses to call you back and isn't even in the actual office itself. So good luck if you want to speak to her when you're there, she works from home. You aren't provided with her contact information. I contact customers from my cell phone on my days off because I genuinely care about their concerns. This business will nickel and dime you because they are more worried about making a profit off of you versus doing what's right long term. If you want to be treated like an individual that is valued, seek assistance elsewhere.

I was a patient there since 1987 and have had nothing but the best professional care from cleanings, crowns and even an implant. I can't imaging going anywhere else because of the quality of their staff and their team of dentists led by Adam Szatkowski. Recently, I had a dental emergency and basically walked in and said I really need immediate care. Adam has always been my primary dentist but was not available at that time. No problem, within minutes, Dr. Nishi Parikh took me in and treated my very painful condition along with a prescription and almost immediately the pain had subsided and I felt confident that I did not have to change my plans to travel out of town later that evening. February 2020 my nightmare started form Dr. Gundeep Singh do to her negligence!…read more She performed tooth extraction, bone graft, and implant at the same time. I never had implant done before and I trusted that I was in good hands and I was assured by her that everything went smooth and that the implant was sitting right after X-rays were done. I was sent home with an antibiotic and was scheduled for a follow up in two weeks..... From the start I felt something was not right but like I said never had implant done before so I thought that it might be normal what I was feeling. Week passed by and I started having a throbbing sensation and an abscessed formed so that was a sign to me that it might be infection. So I called the office with my concern was seen by Dr. Patel, she took x-rays and said that the implant is sitting correct and she doesn't see any infection. I was sent home with another round of antibiotics... Well the next day when I woke up I was in so much pain I ended up in immediate care! CT scan was done and I was told I should see a oral surgeon because the scan wasn't looking good and plus I had infection, that was on Friday on Monday I had a appointment with Dr. Gundeep so I waited to see what she says. Monday came went for my appointment , I explained to her the whole situation.... She took x-rays again and said again that implant is sitting correct and no infection around it so she doesn't really know what is going on so she referred me to an oral surgeon. My appointment was on Thursday the same Week. Oral surgeon needed to repeat the CT scan after doing that he came in to the room and shown me the scan and explained what is going on. 1st I had a severe infection on have of my face , second the implant was not even put in the Bone it was floating! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had emergency oral surgery to clean my infection and to take the implant out another round of antibiotics. I started having panic attacks my mental state was in Jeopardy , I couldn't believe Dr. Gundeep was so negligent . This is all adding additional costs . Since then I had another surgery because I lost so much bone that the surgeon had to put mash and screws to hold the new born graft in. And I'm still without my front tooth and no implant yet! I sent the office a letter explaining what was done to me by them... They rejected the letter 3 times! What I was supposed to pay for the implant at 1st now because of her negligence it tripled! I'm tired of people not taking responsibility for their actions. I never write reviews but this time I had and needed to so no one else gets hurt by this dentist. BE CAUTIOUS, PLEASE RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS . I never did before but trust me from now on I sure will.
