When I politely asked her to remake it, I was met with a passive-aggressive attitude. Mistakes happen, but using a utensil off the floor in a customer's drink should never be acceptable in food service--especially right in front of the customer. It also makes me question what kind of food-safety training employees receive. And this is exactly why I dislike being asked to tip before receiving the service.
