Kind and professional. Dr. King was super thorough. The thing I love about Newel Dental is that you feel as though you are part of a family. That's a big plus for a Dental Office! They seemed well rated and were able to get my husband in for a semi-emergency (broken crown) before he was established as a regular patient and I really appreciated that! I finally had my own appointment and they had blocked off 1.5 hours for me for X-rays, cleaning, and dentist visit. Shari was my hygienist and was extremely kind and explained what all they were going to do as well as some tips to help with some of my gum issues. I hope to never have any major dental issues again in my life (just let me dream, ok?) but if I do, I am so glad to have this clinic close by to help me out because I know they will take good care of me. The office was clean and quiet but be warned they are scheduling our quite a ways for new patients so don't wait to get on their list if you need a dentist!

The only reason I called Aspen is because the College could not place the crown until December and I have a trip to Africa Thanksgiving week, and I wanted the crowns placed so that I could have a nice smile and eat steak. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment filled out all the questions on the tablet, plus complete x-ray of my full mouth! I asked the X-ray technician was all those x-rays necessary, which she danced all around the answer. She left me for 5 minutes came back and said, " The doctor said you need to go back to where you had the implants done." What the hell!!! They could have told me that when I first called or even when I arrived. I called their main office and spoke with a manager and of course, here comes showers of apologies! This caused me a half day of work, and the doctor couldn't come out and even see me! We'll doc, I'm glad I didn't let you in my mouth! You need to go all the way back to elementary school and learn basic etiquette. Very unprofessional! Well, if Aspen doctors are like that, they wouldn't be around much longer. Dr. Dromsky is great and the hygienist are wonderful. She should not be the person at the desk or making telephone calls. All of my dental providers love me because I take care of my teeth and I am an easy patient. I have never missed an appointment but they elected to cancel my appointment because I wasn't able to confirm my appointment the Friday before my Monday appointment. I had 2 cellular phones and ended up canceling the service on one of them which happened to be the number that they had. There should be a 1 time grace for this type foolishness. I truly felt like a dollar sign as I stood there "checking in" for my appointment. I drove downtown from Evans just to waste so much of my time and energy. I am so disappointed.

That's not even something to consider. They are some of the friendlist individuals I have ever met, and I grew up in the deep South. What I have come to appreciate about this business (because it is that) is timeliness. If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile. I will continue to come here for oral care for years to come.
