They seemed well rated and were able to get my husband in for a semi-emergency (broken crown) before he was established as a regular patient and I really appreciated that! I finally had my own appointment and they had blocked off 1.5 hours for me for X-rays, cleaning, and dentist visit. Shari was my hygienist and was extremely kind and explained what all they were going to do as well as some tips to help with some of my gum issues. I hope to never have any major dental issues again in my life (just let me dream, ok?) but if I do, I am so glad to have this clinic close by to help me out because I know they will take good care of me. The office was clean and quiet but be warned they are scheduling our quite a ways for new patients so don't wait to get on their list if you need a dentist!

Zero artistic design input gave me basically the identical teeth I came in to replace. Rush job with poor case management. It's her way or no way and do not cross her. Gaslighting and triangulation tactics used to humiliate me. One week after new crown was installed I had to get a root canal. I complained for 6 months of pain and asked directly to K Vargas if I should get a consult with an Endodontist before new crown install, and she told me not to. When Endodontist told me I would have to replace new crown within 1 year (then he later said 2 years) she was Furious. Rather than give me my money back or offer to redo crown she blamed me. As others have commented this practice makes you pay upfront before procedure is completed. Any questions I had were met with condescending and defensive remarks to the point of yelling and humiliating me in front of patients and staff. Failed to complete final adjustments to teeth before terminating me as a patient as a diversion tactic. They did re clean teeth after spending $400 on two teeth cleanings my teeth were left stained with plaque. Never have I witnessed such poor behavior from a professional. Be cautious. Not affiliated with the BBB or South Carolina American Dental Association. Keep an eye out for incentivized reviews on Google vs non. Most non incentivized are negative reviews.

Dr. Dromsky is great and the hygienist are wonderful. She should not be the person at the desk or making telephone calls. All of my dental providers love me because I take care of my teeth and I am an easy patient. I have never missed an appointment but they elected to cancel my appointment because I wasn't able to confirm my appointment the Friday before my Monday appointment. I had 2 cellular phones and ended up canceling the service on one of them which happened to be the number that they had. There should be a 1 time grace for this type foolishness. I truly felt like a dollar sign as I stood there "checking in" for my appointment. I drove downtown from Evans just to waste so much of my time and energy. I am so disappointed.

If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile. I will continue to come here for oral care for years to come.
