This seemed to be the place to go, so this is where we started. Not all of the girls had the best…read morebedside manner, especially when your child is younger, as a mom you recognize this and something needed to be said. It got better and we had a decent experience. Went back recently for the second round... the entire staff was new with exception to four employees. That was the first red flag. The new doc, Dr. Buddy, was a little creepy and too touchy-feely. If you catch my drift. We didn't like that. Apparently Dr. Carter started a new business and handed things over for the most part, from what we understood. Seemed to be a little pricey and they wanted us to enroll in Dr. Carter's new business after the braces came off. Needless to say, we sought other consultations and no longer use this office. I would highly recommend others do the same before making a decision.

To be honest. As long as you do not have to deal with Paul or Kim...the staff is amazing…read more Paul lacks bedside manner especially in sensitive situations such as inability to pay due to job loss. Kim is right there with him and will openly tell you that she does not believe a customer and over talks to get her point across. Instead of understanding the soft skills be customer service needed. They are very focused on time being their patient (not how many times you have been serviced) and payment ratio. I have been with them since August and seen the doctor all of 3 times in the 6 months Kim continued to bring up. I really feel they need to have a better way of determining customer value. If I as a customer let you know of an unfortunate event in my life, and you do everything to make me feel bad because of something I could not control.

Since then Stephen Goldberg has retired and Adam Goldberg is my dentist now...I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. In a world where large dental groups are on every corner it is nice to have the personal, professional care of a family owned business! Dr Adam Goldberg is great and the staff is warm, friendly and professional! If you are looking for a dentist you cannot go wrong with the Goldberg Dental Group ;))

He has to be one of the most genuine, caring professionals I've met in a very long time. Not that I was trying to be nosey but I saw him come outside to talk with a patient who just left and seemed upset. He spoke to me like I was a member of his family and offered conservative recommendations, while assuring me of my overall dental health (my prior dentist quoted me a huge price for all the "work" I needed). He has a great sense of humor, is upbeat and positive. While I don't have a fear of the dentist, I think he could truly put anyone at ease. It's a family business that he has with his father...I love that! They do accept United Concordia and sees younger patients ( I will be taking my toddler to see them next month). *Update! I got a handwritten thank you note from Dr. Adam! Classy!!
