Dr.Dixson and Siniya were the best!! I have been going to the dentist for years and this was by far the best experience!!

This is a new location located in the Main Exchange on Fort Gordon. Very convenient and easy to access with access to the installation. The staff in this office are phenomenal. From the front desk personnel to Dr Chavda, herself. So kind and caring. They explain each procedure and show patience with those of us who aren't super fond of the dentist. This is definitely our dental office of choice for as long as we are in the area. 5 Highly recommend. read more

DOCS Dental is a great idea in theory but the location at Fort Eisenhower is worthless! They cannot keep good dentists or hygienists. The dentist Dr. Chavda was wonderful but she did not stay with DOCS long. The hygienist Jessica was awesome, especially with Children but like Dr. Chavda did not stay with DOCS. Why can't they keep good dental professionals? Appointments do not start on time. Scheduled appointments are often changed without patient knowledge. If appointments aren't changed, they are canceled last minute. There are also continuous billing errors/issues. The billing issues give you the vibe they are taking advantage of military families & retirees. They shoved adult bite wings for X-rays in my child's mouth because they "ran out of pediatric" ones; despite my child crying & myself the mother expressing concern. The one hygienist the office has been able to keep, has awful bedside manner. She is rude & rough when performing cleanings. I left with bruised & damaged gums after my last cleaning. That was also not the first time I had a bad experience with that particular hygienist. She was rough the first cleaning but I chalked it up to possibly an off/bad day. So I was willing to give her a second chance. DOCS Dental Fort Eisenhower could be such a great dental office for military families (& retirees) especially with its close proximity to housing but it falls short in A LOT of ways & is not worth the hassle! Also worth saying, if you have dental anxiety I definitely would not go to DOCS Dental Fort Eisenhower. read more

Not deserving of a one star. I've been going to DOCS Dental for about two years. My experiences there have never been the best but I guess I kept going thinking things would get better but today January 30,2025 was one of the worst. I arrived early for my 9 o'clock appointment with Hygienist, Maranda. She called me back before 9 am Her greeting is very pleasantly but after the greeting her bedside manners drops tremendously. She proceeded with, I'm assuming, her normal duties with a patient, blood pressure check, health related questions, x-rays etc. The problem I had today was near the end of Maranda and one of her colleagues doing the examination of my teeth, not sure correct name of exam but it's when they're examining and calling out numbers. The fire alarm went off briefly a couple of times but was never told to evacuate. Maranda and colleague finished the exam and Maranda mentioned that I might need a deep cleaning. The fire alarm goes off again briefly a couple more times. Finally,I heard Maranda say let me go out here and see what's going on. She left out and I could hear conversation coming the front desk area for about five minutes or maybe a bit longer. Finally I see Maranda go to the computer in the room across from me was there not even a minute. Then came to room I was in, went to computer and again not there a minute leaves the room again, as if I'm not even there. Once again I could hear conversation from the front desk. All this time, I was never informed what was going on. By now I am very upset because of the no communication and decided to leave. When I came in view of the front desk someone called out my name, Mrs Carden, not sure who it was. Maranda was there and other employees. When my name was called, I answered by saying I'm leaving. Once in the waiting area, Maranda said something to me. I think she said, I told you I'm waiting on the Dentist but I'm not one hundred percent sure that what she said but I am one hundred percent sure that she never told me anything. My response to her was: you didn't tell me nothing and walked out the door. I know a cleaning can be be uncomfortable but at the same time a person shouldn't have to experience the roughness and uncaring that she puts you through. I went in for the second time for a deep cleaning. I waited an hour to just get in the chair. The hygienist stated that they were overbooked. Their initial solution was to re-schedule. However, I remained because I had already overstayed my visit. The hygienist cleaned (deep) my teeth and didn't use any medications to comfort me. No dentist was available. So after I'm finished, I was scheduled on Sep 5 at 1pm for the second half of my mouth. I receive a text from a number (that had no name) informing me that they had an opening on 8/31/23. I was in training on that day and declined the appointment. I called the office to inquired about the text and was told that my appointment was still available on Sep 5 at 1pm. I arrived for my appointment at 1pm on today and was told by Liz that I didn't have an appointment because there were no doctors there. I told her that I just received a reminder of my appointment on this morning. She (Liz) got on the computer to prove me wrong. I informed her that I had no reason to lie. She told me that she was just trying to help me out. I told her that I didn't need her help, but instead spoke with the office manager who apologized and attempted to find another appointment. Liz could have apologized for this dental facility negligence, but she didn't and continued to argue back and forth with me. What was interesting was "they couldn't do the deep cleaning" because there wasn't a dentist there. They did it before. This office needs to be staffed with staff who are military friendly, I will complete the treatment that I started, but I will not return after that is completed. I realized that this facility is new, but there are too many inconveniences to keep using that excuse. read more
