I've had a slight fear of the dentist since a bad experience, but please believe that doesn't happen here. They take such good care of you and yours at this office, that you'll start to feel like family. From the time you walk in, you're greeted with a smile. They understand and only want the best for your teeth and their health. Dr Bullard is amazing, but I have to say that my son and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rose. She's so patient, genuine, and she listens. Her smile just makes you feel good inside. The entire staff is that warm and you just know that you're in good hands. They'll work with you financially- taking care of any claims and letting you know exactly where every cent goes. In this economy, that matters. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Bullard's staff is so polite & kind that they put me at ease. The waiting area is very comfortable, with refrigerated bottled water & a Keurig. The chairs in the examination rooms are heated & also have a MASSAGE feature! They are able to show you exactly what services they offer & will help you determine the best treatment course. Dr. Bullard spent time explaining & discussing my dental work. I have always heard great things about Bullard Dental, but was always under my parents insurance and just used my family's old dental providers. After procedures I developed extreme anxiety towards dental work and just avoided it once independent. I'm now 24 and my wisdom teeth and other issues caused me severe pain and Bullard Dental was one of the BEST decisions I could've made by far. From the initial screening to post surgery day, everything was top of the line! The chair I sat in for the initial screening was a massage chair (automatic bonus points lol). The staff including the assistant and reception were extremely kind and high energy. I was allowed to be my own dj for the screening and play music while chilling in the massage chair. The technology is was also very impressive and had way higher quality machinery than I've seen elsewhere. Upon taking my x rays and returning to the massage chair, not only were multiple c ray angles projected onto several screens BUT a 3D rendering of my jaw bone and teeth on a software was also projected and as a mechanical engineering student so this was AWESOME. I was curious to see what all views it was capable of because you could tell that there were tons of cool things they could do with it. Come surgery day I was pretty anxious upon arrival. I knew I was in good hands so I wasn't worried but I'm an anxious person but within minutes I was comfortable and answering questions from Dr.Bullard regarding things he knew I was passionate about (clever, I forgot he was sedating me and I'm weird about needles) and then I woke up and my ride had me home safe and sound! Everyone was very friendly and the environment is unmatched! Everyone there is great at what they do and I would 10/10 recommend making Bullard Dental your go to if they are not already! read more

Although they did a good job with my teeth, their customer service and ways of handling payments is terrible. They tell you upfront they are not in network with any insurance company, and that you have to pay everything out of pocket. However, they go ahead and file a claim anyway, and after you basically give them all your savings in cash, they sent you a bill many months after insurance has paid to tell you you were still short. Basically, they claim they give you a 5% discount for paying in cash, but then they take it away by telling you the insurance didn't pay what they wanted. Even though at check out, when they took my money, they assured me the bill was paid in full. Would not go there again for that reason, as they are not honest about the amounts due up front. read more

Went in for a toothache, found out it was cativites in one of my wisdom teeth and had it removed at the same appointment.

The staff was kind and courteous but I didn't agree with the fact that I had a free consultation on veneers but when i arrived it was about insurance coverage. I'm willing to pay out of pocket for veneers but wasn't given any info so I'm still clueless about the process and cost. read more
