A MANAGER came out and stated it was "just beetles" and "treated for it." It got worse. So much worse. Until we called another company and dropped a couple thousand on the company and they took care of it, confirming it was bed bugs. I emailed this company and they ignored me. Completely. And then kept billing me even after I cancelled for their poor work.
