What a great place!…read more Jolena was my Dental Hygienist and she did a fantastic job on my cleaning and images, answering all my questions with the help of some very cool software to highlight the images areas of interest. When Dr. Hahn arrived she was also patient and helpful with my questions during her exam. All in all the best dental visit I've ever had, huge thank you to the team that made it happen! Which was comforting leading up to my appointment. When I got there however it was pretty much my worst nightmare. The front desk was nice, and super nice when talking about all the options after, but during the appointment I was shuffled around and flatly told that I'm going to need dentures in 5 years. My teeth are not in horrible condition, so to think I was being offered an option to have them all ripped out and put in dentures at 38 was absolutely terrifying. I feel like he didn't believe I would stick with the treatment because of my anxiety or didn't think I could afford other options. But what he didn't realize is that I worked myself up for years to finally go to this appointment and I made a promise to myself to see this process through, and I would've appreciated a Dentist that supported that mindset with hope. I am going to my cleaning. I'm going to update my review as this process goes along. I know a lot of people out there have these same fears and it upsets me with this place claims to be so good with anxiety but handled me with little to no care.

Dr. Wallin and his staff of highly trained professionals ROCK!…read more I just moved to Longmont and have not even started looking for a new dentist yet. Do you believe in fate? I had a crown break and come off over the weekend. Searched the internet for dentists on Monday. Dr. Wallin had great reviews. I called and his office was closed until Tuesday. I was not in pain, so left a message expecting an appointment within a couple of weeks. Tuesday morning I receive a call from Dr. Wallin's office telling me they could fit me in at 11am that morning! When Dr. Wallin and his assistants examined by crown situation, he told me that they had a last minute cancellation and he would be able to fit me for a new crown right then!! Additionally, I explained that I was late for a cleaning. He checked with his Hygienist, and she said she would clean my teeth while I was there too! Less than 2 hours later I walked out following a full dental exam, complete set of new xrays, and a sonar teeth cleaning to boot. Dr. Wallin provided me with a full consultation about the condition of my teeth, gums and mouth. One of his nurses gave me an injection prior to preparing my new crown and I never felt even a pinch from the needle. The office manager fully explained all itemized costs prior to any procedures and what my insurance would cover. The prices were more than reasonable ( I have had plenty of dental work). I left the office feeling like I just met a bunch of new trustworthy friends who really cared about my health. Everyone was professional, polite, demonstrated experienced care, and extremely friendly. I am glad they had room to accept me as a new patient.

2 crowns failed in a short amount of time. One never fit right after dental assistant first placed…read moreand then removed and doctor Beckwith placed again and said the mold wasn't right. several times she ground it down but too high. I left snd went to another dentist and confirmed it was still in too high. He ground it down twice. Metal showing to get it to the right height he cautioned me that it may crack. I called Dr Beckwith twice to discuss this and did not ever get a call from her. Another crown got a cavity under the crown in a short amount of time due to it not fitting. Had to fill cavity and get a new crown. I was also told it wasn't best crown material. Cheaper and not as good and he used a newer superior product. Poor work.
