After sitting at the shampoo bowl and having water and some kind of cream rubbed into my hair, Maria commences to take to my hair with a comb and starts yanking on my hair. I tried to explain that I recently had my hair molded into a bun with gel and she should not try to comb through it. She laughed at me and continued yanking saying it was tangled. Why didn't I just walk out???????? I know, in the end it will be my fault. I should have left, but I stayed. My hair was wet and I didn't want to drive home with wet hair. Later the owners daughter came in and took over blow drying my hair and the owner flat ironed and wrapped it because it was going to rain.
