I called KMCC the next morning and Mike agreed to look at it right away. He took it apart, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and thoroughly cleaned and conditioned inside my NUC. He took photos to document what he found and what he did. Two or three hours later it was ready for pick-up, and Mike explained everything he found and did with photos so this non-techie understood perfectly. It runs perfectly now, quiet and cool. For his fast, professional service Mike charged a reasonable repair fee. In the future I will certainly return to Mike for any computer issues I may have, and I highly recommend his services to others.
