My lip filler has never looked so horrendous. I got lip filler from Lisa who had done an OK job with my Botox, but my lips were so overfilled--the definition of duck lips. Not only did it look like I had gotten obvious filler, it appeared lumpy and top heavy, overflowing from the lip line. I was too embarrassed to go out for weeks; when she agreed that the filler had finally settled and didn't look good, she dissolved it. No refund for the $750+ spent on a syringe, just dissolving of the overfilled lips. This was the first time I ever had to get filler dissolved and I feel like it's negatively affected the skin around my lips, but she pushed those concerns to the side. I just can't believe I wasn't offered a refund or anything when I paid for a service gone horribly wrong that affected my appearance this badly. I've spent thousands of dollars at OVME and have been a longtime member, but I reconsidered all that given this experience and lack of resolution/refund. read more

I have been going to ovme now for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I typically see Laura for my Botox but all the girls do an amazing job. I really like that they don't try and push you to get more units than you need or ask for, I feel like they actually care about you versus making a sale. You get complimentary Fiji or sparkling water upon arrival which is wonderful and they even will put tinted moisturizer on your face after your Botox or facial or dermaplane which is nice because I am able to go back to work after the appointments. They are pretty reasonably priced and they always have good specials going. read more

This was my first visit ever for any med spa treatment. I came in and got lip filler, full syringe and another service. Once the initial swelling went down it started looking like I hardly had any filler. I went back in to see Laura, who has always been great and we talked and scheduled an appointment for another syringe. A few days later, not even a full 2 weeks after my initial appointment I look like I've had nothing done. I reached out to my friend for who referred me for guidance, bc she goes often for many different services. She emailed the spa manager, who responded to her immediately and offered a small discount. I emailed the spa manager and she NEVER responded, which is very unprofessional. Again Laura is great, but management obviously doesn't care about a customer being very unsatisfied. I would've definitely continued as a client, had this experience been handled better, but now not only will I not go back, but neither will my friend and she has also told the 3 people that she's referred who are regulars and they won't be returning either. I'm not sure why the manager chose not to respond to me, but I was nothing but kind. TERRIBLE customer service. read more

WHEN MY GIRL Alissa told me and the rest of her followers she was "starting a new chapter", I selfishly panicked. "Where?!? Why?!? How far?!?! Nooooo?!? Are you still going to do injecting?!?" So many questions and so much panicking for nothing...lol She moved over to OVME. (I'm such a drama queen) I followed her over to OVME and boy am I glad she switched!! This place is super CUTE! Staff is super friendly. I go to Alissa for Botox regularly so for me the Elite (duh!) package for $99 is a steal for me. With that I get a complimentary signature facial once every four weeks (if you don't use it that month, then you lose it), $9 Botox pricing (which is awesome and now I don't have to sell stock just to pay for it), weekly b12 shot, and some other services at discount pricing. I went 2 weeks ago for my Botox for the first time since shut down and boy did I miss Alissa!! Today I went in for my facial and yesterday I went in for B12 so I've already got my monies worth for this month. Weee!!! Must wear a mask and they do offer beverages *clears throat* WINE *clears throat* while you wait. I get there a little early just to enjoy that perk. Located next to Lululemon in Atherton Mills so parking is great! Listen, I only trust one person to inject stuff into my face and that's Alissa so when she says "I'm moving, get in the bus" ...you get on the bus and ask questions later. She's amazing at what she does! Liz did my first facial and she was soooooo great with my sensitive skin! Addressed my concerns and didn't use anything that was too harsh for my skin!! I love coming here! I started coming in because I saw Liz on Instagram and looked through her page. I set up a consultation and Liz really took her time to address what was bothering me, issues, & what steps to take along the way. Afterward we did a photo analysis of my skin. Liz really made me feel comfortable as she was very knowledgeable, personable and truly cares. After, three sessions I decided to get a membership with Ovme -- it was worth it coming monthly, along with the benefits and since lovely ladies at the front desk know my name upon arrival! It truly made me feel very welcomed & wanting to come back. After six months, I decided to ask who does Botox/injectables to do some research. I have been seeing someone in Virginia & would travel; it was no longer convenient. I decided to set up a consultation with Chelsea & she happened to available to chat with me the same day! I am OBSESSED with OVME. I have been a member since they opened in 2020 and am in love with every service I've had there. I typically get hydrafacials, dermaplaning, dysport and most recently got some light cheek/chin filler (done by Chelsea). Chelsea is amazing and is very careful/ conservative with everything she does so that you look totally natural. I have been a member of OvMe for almost a year and will continue my membership for years to come. In less than a years time I have seen many major improvements in my skin without being "oversold" on their products. I see Kristen for my monthly facial and a check in on my skin to see how the different products she recommended are working. I also forgot to add. If you look at their menu, their botox and dysport are the same exact price per unit which is quite fishy. At least when I was there they were. Because if you research everyelwhere dysport is always less per unit but you need more of it vs. botox which requires less units. I asked my provider at the time why the prices were the same and she told me that they make an in house custom blend? Basically sounds like tampering if you ask me. The best place I've been to soo far was huntersville, in a less boujie looking but quality products and services. Just be aware you're paying for the boujie location and look. I'd rather drive 38 minutes to huntersville then overpaying for convenience and sketchy service of untrustworthy products. read more

I went for a consultation and was talked into doing Botox (for the first time), that same day. 10 min and almost $400 later, I walk out with anticipation, but excitement about the outcome. A week goes by and I notice my eye getting "smaller." A week and a half goes by and I have a full on "lazy eye." I call to move up my follow up appt, as I am freaking out at this point. I get there and speak the receptionist about a refund, she tells me she has to speak with the manager. I go back to see the lady who did my Botox and she doesn't even acknowledge my eye... she just keeps telling me how level my brows are and that "I'm such a pretty girl no one will notice." She completely downplayed it. I am told I just have to wait it out and that I can purchase some eye drops to help. I then go to the front desk and the receptionist says "you're good to go." I say "what about the refund?" She then goes to get the manager, who nonchalantly comes out and tells me she can refund me $22! I have to live like this for 3 months and you're offering me $22?! She then tells me that should cover the eye drops and sarcastically says "I think you look beautiful!" I stare at her with my lazy eye and say "you think this looks beautiful? Really?" She then pulls up my chart and tells me the best she can do is $67. At this point I am very uncomfortable and have no other choice, so I take the $67 and leave. I recently moved from North New Jersey where I was able to take a 6 minute train into the city and get my Botox done when I didnt travel to Chicago for work to my other regular spot so to say the least I was so nervous about moving away from the area. Change is hard and so is trusting someone with your face. My friend suggested I check out OVME and I am so happy I did. This place was stunning. So clean and took COVID very seriously which I appreciated. I was lucky enough to meet with Lindsey and I was absolutely blown away by her. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me to find a routine that worked for me. She also was not pushy whatso ever which I genuinely appreciated. Not to mention she matched my energy level so I knew she was a good sales person haha! When we talked a lot about the various things that can help improve my skin and she was truly honest and didn't push for more services which truthfully made the experience exceptional. I am a 'down to try anything once' type of girl but in the past I have met with very pushy people during my consultation and it completely turned me off and I took my business elsewhere. She was so relaxed and that is what will be making me a regular here. She did 26 units yesterday which is what I have gotten frequently in the past and overall made me even more comfortable with her + trusted her opinion further! Ultimately I decided to sign up for the elite membership because I had done my research before I went in but after talking to Lindsey and seeing the discounts on laser hair removal and other services it is an absolute steal in my eyes. 1 facial a month which you can upgrade if you want, weekly b12 shots, 30% all products and a discount on all other services. To be honest what really sold me was the $9 a unit for Botox/disport + the monthly facial.
