I've been loyal to my Los Angeles office for a long time and hesitantly came here through a trusted recommendation, and I can't believe I didn't make the switch sooner. Kristin was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and respected my initial request for natural and preventative (nowhere in LA do they tell you that you don't need lip filler!). I have a few areas that have created problems in the past and she pointed them out before I had said a word. She knew both facial structures and how the products would work. By predicting what normally happens post-injection, she was able to correct and prevent. Everything was so painless - I asked her when she would do the area where I internally scream and she told me it was already done. I have tried Plumped a couple times, my most recent experience I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time, she was super rushed the entire time, they didn't quote me for my units and it ended up being over $700 when I usually pay between $300-400. I have had facials here too and wasn't the best. The girls are nice but other than that. read more

Kristen recommend to use the EltaMD line (face wash, day and night cream, eye cream and sunscreen. I mainly bought this combo to try the Foaming Facial Cleanser. The sunscreen is light and does not feel greasy at all. On days I don't want to use makeup(which is most days), this sunscreen leaves a healthy glow. This entire line is A keeper! I like the facial cleanser because it leaves my skin clean without drying it. The night cream is very refreshing. I can also tell a difference already by using the night time eye cream! I will be ordering it again. I enjoy the compliments I get, and will invest in taking good care of my skin.
