Being introduced to Keiann was the best thing that could have happened for me. After some treatments, better skin care and a year later I am comfortable not only with my face but my body. After having a baby sometimes that skin just doesn't go back the same, thankfully Keiann seen my struggle and helped me build back my confidence along side Brittany. I will forever owe it to these girls for helping me bring back my confidence and finding new confidence in the skin I'm in! 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone any chance I get!

While the facial itself was great, what impressed me even more was the pricing for everything they offer. Everyone there is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every product they're putting on your skin. One thing I really love is that they customize facials based on the season. Our skin changes throughout the year, especially if you have sensitive skin like me, so I appreciate that they focus on products that actually help your skin improve and stay healthy. I have pigmentation on my skin, so I decided to upgrade my membership to the $299 package, and honestly I think it's a great price for everything they do and use during the treatments. I can already feel and see the difference in my skin. Jordan, who does my facials, is amazing, and Devon, who does the pigmentation procedures, has also been incredible. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's super clean, professional, welcoming, and very understanding. I've already recommended them to other people and even purchased gift cards from them because I genuinely enjoy the experience so much. I had gone to another facial place before this and honestly wasn't a fan. It felt overpriced and definitely not up to par compared to Glow 30. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality facials and skincare treatments.

I consistently book my facials with Mark because he is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand my skin and what it needs. Mark does microderm every time I come in since the skin resurfacing benefits my skin. Microderm is typically an additional cost when you get a facial elsewhere, so getting it done monthly as part of the standard rate for Glo facials is amazing. Mark has also recommended Glo products for me to purchase, so I can up my home skincare game. I look forward to every visit to see what the theme will be! Favorites have been matcha, watermelon, and apple. And there are typically decorations and candy at the reception to go along with the theme - how sweet! Facials are always relaxing and rejuvenating, and I love the music they play as well. I recently added on the Tox subscription, so now I book my tox appointment every 3-4 months after a facial. I love that they offer both of these services here so that everything I'm doing to my skin is under one roof, and they can complement and inform each other.

The description of the facial was a little more intense than what I have gotten in the past but I felt like it was time to try something that went a litte deeper into my skin. I was a little nervous because I have senstive skin but it was actually quite alright. It was a little bit uncomfortable at times but Chrystine was really good at helping to soothe the mild discomfort that is associated with this type of facial. She's also really nice. Very chill. Due to my loyalty I have brought her place of business lots of money in the past two years every 10/12wks I showed up for years straight and now bc my aesthetician was let go, and I had a gift card on file. She will not refund my money. Again, I am loyal to my people so since my aesthetician is not there anymore, I want to take my hard earned money somewhere else. On the certification agreement, it does not state there is an expiration date and or that it's nonrefundable Or that I need to spend equal value with her product's. She is in the wrong by being spiteful to her ex employee clients. She is not professional. Do not waste your time with her or your hard earned money. She has just now completely removed me from her system so I could not leave a review on her Vargo page. See how petty and immature and unprofessional she's acting! All I want is a refund. I have actually never spoke with or seen this lady really as long as I visited the business. I was there to support and get services from a friend of mine that was a 1099 but got treated and taxed like a regular employee.. kinda fishy maybe even some illegal shady stuff. So I called recently to ask for a refund and she texted back and responded with "her policy states bs" as screenshotted down below. All I want is my refund Leann. I don't even know you. Stop being spiteful to Brittany's clients that brought your business money and support. Please do what's right!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before committing to laser hair removal, I…read morespecifically discussed my concerns as an African-American woman with coarse, dark hair. I was assured that my skin tone, hair texture, and ethnicity would not be an issue and was even told that my dark hair should respond well to the treatment. After completing six sessions, I saw little to no noticeable reduction in hair growth. Throughout the process, it became increasingly apparent that treating women with my skin tone and hair type was not something this business had significant experience with. Despite following the recommended treatment plan and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the results I was promised. Because I was not seeing any improvement, I canceled my final two appointments. When I called, the receptionist apologized and stated that a manager would contact me. The manager did reach out, apologized for my experience, and told me she would speak with the laser technician to review my progress and treatment history. Unfortunately, after that conversation, I never heard back. There was no follow-up, no explanation, no concern for the lack of results, and no effort to address my experience. What disappointed me most was not only the lack of results, but the lack of customer care. Once my concerns were raised, communication completely stopped. It left me feeling as though the focus was on collecting payments rather than ensuring clients achieve successful outcomes. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage women of color, particularly African-American women with coarse hair, to thoroughly research a provider's experience treating diverse skin tones and hair types before committing to a treatment package. My concerns were not taken seriously, my results were nonexistent, and my attempts to seek answers were ultimately ignored.
