Terrible service. The installer wasn't interested in doing his work, and spent 40 minutes on his…read morecell phone instead of installing the new blinds. He didn't clean up after the installation, and left shards of metal (from drilling screws into the window panes) all over the window sills and floors. The pull chains on the blinds are too short to be used without a step ladder, and when I pointed this out to the installer, he just laughed. Called the company to come back to install longer pull chains, and there has been no response. Do not recommend.

And once we paid to have it installed, we noticed one rim is bent. Basically looks like it sat in their warehouse with other products on top of it. I wouldn't shop here again.
