Steve explained the procedure over the phone, that reassured me of his expertise. Steve said that it should take know more than 5 or 6 hours. I was still in disbelief since other mechanics said that job would be 15 hours of work and with a high cost. When Steve and Brianna arrived he showed me the new parts that would be used to do the repairs. I was amazed how Steve took apart the engine so fast and replace the water pump and timing chain. When I received my Trike back and contacted Kevin Baxter to report my problems with the engine, he told me that the problems I was having with the engine were "normal" and there was nothing he would do to address my complaints. Kevin Baxter did not honor the written contract we both signed when the engine work was purchased guaranteeing my satisfaction with his shop's work and I would NOT recommend "Baxter's Pro-Twin Performance Garage."
