We went and got a beer to wait out the hour and came back at 7:10 only to find the door now locked and the same group of people having not moved around the still lit hookah. Obviously the people working on Wednesday July 14th were more concerned about consuming their own product than serving customers who came back twice. If hours are different then make the appropriate changes vs having customers find ways to fill the time in between. Additionally, if you're going to say you open at another time, be open and don't be lazy still sitting talking while customers would like to enjoy your business.
