They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and really made sure we understood what was going on with our house. It has been a long and complicated project and it was truly nice to know we were working with someone who knew what they were doing. Even when something unexpected came up during the process, Chris handled it confidently and professionally. He consistently provides fair prices as well. I have never felt like he's trying to overcharge me. The crew worked quickly but carefully, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. They kept the space as clean as possible and were always respectful of our home. I felt like they genuinely cared about fixing the problem, not just getting the job done. Now that the repairs are complete, our home feels safe and solid again -- such a relief. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will definitely hire Chris to do work in the future. If you need trustworthy, skilled people for structural work, I would 100% recommend Chris Richards and Chris's Custom Builds.

Shon was always on time, super professional, friendly, and able to take initiative when needed. His expertise and confidence was just what we needed for this project, with my husband on travel and me being pregnant, we weren't able to provide a lot of oversight, and Shon didn't take advantage of our situation, but instead stepped up and went above and beyond to finish the project quickly, and provide an excellent finished product. Shon and his crew worked diligently, and finished the project quickly. They also kept the worksite clean and safe, which was essential for us, with two toddlers running around... Shon even hauled off excess yard waste for me when I had baby early and wasn't able to be home! We will be rehiring Shon in the near future to design a custom enclosure for our trash barrels and perhaps even our ACs. I scoured Yelp and Facebook before hiring Shon, and if you're doing the same look no further! You won't be disappointed!
