I like others, purchased this membership completely IN FULL. I have a copy of the contract/by-laws…read morethat state annual dues are required to use services. Well, after using it a couple times, decided not to renew dues as it was not worth the savings. Told them this was why we choose not to renew. They would just try to entice with new offers -- always requiring a multi-hour long IN PERSON commitment. Always said no. Repeatedly said we do not want to continue; we paid in full so we won't pay anything further. They are claiming even though we haven't used the service, we still owe them dues and won't allow cancelling without paying for 5+ years of full dues where no service was used at all. After years of threats and telling me my account was being reported to outside collection agency, the latest tactic is they saying these unpaid dues are being reported to the IRS. Happy to be part of a class action lawsuit. Based on others, will be reporting to AG in IL where they are calling from. I can be reached at (469) 630-2909.

I have referred my case to the Fraud Department in the District Attorney's office in Springfield, Ill. There is a simple form to fill out and of course, they will need all your supporting documentation, contracts etc. The form is not too difficult, altho gathering the documents and filling it out, probably took me about an hour. I hope many others will do this, the more complaints that are made, the more apt they are to investigate. Coconut Club is in NV, but the money collectors seem to be in Illinois. Let's spend a little time and try to help others and maybe even ourselves!

Can't really review this bc everyone so nice and who could fault their mission…read more We visited on Saturday, June 24. It was one of the bison's birthday. Cake for all guests in celebration. . Red Lodge Ales had a presence as well as a local food truck. Fun atmosphere. Caring people. Priced fairly. (I feel good about the donation made). It's like a zoo but not. Very cool that the animals are loved and well cared for. Who wouldn't have fun walking around with a Red Lodge ale in hand, admiring sweet Montana native animals.

Get an up close view of these animals! This wildlife…read moresanctuary is a refuge. They're here to rescue animals that have been abandoned, hurt, or otherwise made so that they wouldn't survive in the wild. Instead, they live their lives out here, being cared after and allowed to hang out with a friend or two. I was amazed at how clean this place was. Normally, with a zoo or other place that keeps lots of animals, there's a lot of poo. They've done a great job of staying on top of it. I was impressed with the different types of animals they had had! Bison (one named Luna!) lynx, wolves, raccoons, sandhill cranes, bears, foxes, bobcats, buzzards. It was really quite wonderful to see them have a bunch of different types of toys to play with, different parts of the enclosures to hang out in, some variety. All the animals appeared to be healthy and happy. Keep an eye out for their cat- three legged and loves attention. The store is quite fun- they have lots of jewelry, stuffed animals, posters, keychains and the like that have animals on them. We got some buffalo themed jewelry. We buy-some bison. The staff was really nice, welcoming and helped us get a feel for the park. The entire park was surrounded with beautiful metal sculptures that showed off the donors' names, and what they love about the park. The place is beautifully landscaped as well. There's gardens along the pathways and nice flowers everywhere. It's a scenic stroll. I thought this was totally worth it. If you're interested in getting up close with wildlife, this is a safe way to do it.

Inside, is a lovingly converted art gallery, with walls jammed packed with local artists' works in various media. The works range from epic sized paintings, to pottery, to jewelry, to sculpture. There's a lot of talented artists in the area doing mostly paintings of wildlife and landscape scenes. When I went, there were a few patrons browsing, and clerks helping answer any questions. Everything is for sale, and clearly marked with the artists' names, title, and price. The art seems to move in and out through here- it's not a static display. There's no dust on the art frames, anyhow! The gallery is located on the edge of a nice little park with a gazebo and lots of lush grass across the street from the supermarket. It's a perfect place to have a picnic and check out some local culture.

Prices are really decent for original oils, watercolors, etc. So I my fav painting is that Tom Wolfe with the rustic frame. Buy now? Or when I get back in December? Hmmmm? Either way, hands off people! The frames on the art were custom overall. A nice touch to pieces. I also liked the Elliot Eaton stuff. Notable mentions: carol hagan small originals and a super tiny Kevin Red Star (Roberts Local). And Mary Blain too! Lots of good stuff by people I'm not familiar with. Wildlife, landscapes, and some cool abstracts. (Wish I knew all the names) Oh yeah Dolly Frerichs Stuber. Nice watercolor! Enough with the rambling. Go check it out yourself. Great place!
