Every single instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting exceeds my expectations. They don't take anything too seriously like other yoga places do, great vibes, the laughs in the room make everyone feel more comfortable, they give you nice frozen wash cloths after hot yoga that have different essential oils in them.. The entire business is clean, there's always a worker at the desk to check people in, they have a beautiful Christmas tree out, plants, store merch, coffee, tea, water, and even a shower in the bathroom. We have seriously enjoyed our time so much that we're gonna be buying the monthly membership and become regulars for real! They are very big on listening to your own body - taking a drink of water and coming down onto your mat when you need to rest. I love that because it makes you feel way less self conscious when you end up needing to take a rest. I wasn't expecting such a good experience (not sure why) but I'm very very grateful for this place. I'm shy and I always kind of had this feeling that I wouldn't belong into a place like this but I was very wrong. I can't wait to try all the other classes you can take.
