We brought my daughter here on a Tuesday morning at 10:15 am. School is in session so we were one of only a few people there. It was perfect. I was really impressed with how clean this place is and they are constantly cleaning while you are there too. I also loved that each play area was well stocked. For example, the grocery store actually had boxed groceries. The veterinarian actually had animals and tools to examine the animals. The pizza place had lots of felt toppings for the four pizzas. The climbing area is cool and those slides are really fast (especially the twisty ones). Be sure to walk to the front and make a right so you don't miss the air tubes that you put scarves through as well as the large connect four. We also loved the giant Lite Brite and the "hamster wheel" that moves nice and slow for kids. My daughter had a great time and we will definitely be back but only during school and early in the morning because this isn't super big and I imagine it is crazy on weekends, etc.

Good place to let your kids play and host their birthday parties. It's locally owned and the staff is always nice and easy going. They also have adult drinks and lots of seating.

My daughter (who is almost 5) loves this place! We've been going for a couple of years now. She's old enough to participate in Parents Night Out and always has an amazing time. She goes with her best friend and then the adults go out to dinner! She gets pizza, face painting, glow light playtime in the slides and I get a few hours of calm. We go on Tuesdays during the week. They give a discount if you bring a non perishable food item with you to donate. So Nora and her best friend choose an item or two to bring and we head over. I highly recommend bringing your kids here. They have beer and wine along with soda, a coffee bar, etc. The free wifi and parents lounge area is nice because I can get some work done while they get tired.

I have been here a couple times with my 4 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it here. There are lots of fun slides here as well as other cool playground equipment. It's like your best fast food restaurant playground multiplied by 10! You can also host birthday parties here. I wish this place existed when I was a child

What an awesome place for kids! My son went here on a school field trip before covid and wouldn't stop talking about it. He recently got to go back for a classmate's birthday party and it was a blast! It was a private party so it wasn't crowded at all. Everything was super clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the kids just loved it. Slides, climbing, hiding spots, pretend play, air tubes, light touch screens, everything! There was a big party room where pizza and party things were served. Great set up, will go back probably after covid. I saw they also offer snacks and adult drinks (aka coffee and alcohol). Fun place for kiddos!

Really like this place. Affordable, clean, the kiddos loved it. They sell coffee and beer, the layout is well thought out. It's hard for little people to escape. . You can go with your kid on the slides and such and help them which is great. We will definitely be back.

Love, love, love it here! We are so glad they built this indoor playground in the West Ashley area since we didn't have anything like it. It's extremely large with lots of seating for parents and a separate baby-toddler area as well. We hosted our daughter's 3rd birthday here and she had a blast. I appreciate that their staff is continuously keeping the place clean. They are constantly picking up toys and putting them back, keeping the bathrooms and facility spotless. I recommend going during the weekdays or evenings. The weekends are the busiest especially because of the birthday parties. Oh, and they sell coffee, beer & wine! Outslide In, we hope you consider membership options in the future.

I took kids I was babysitting here, aged 8 and almost 4. They had visited before with their parents, but it was my first time. They had a blast! The almost 4 year old loved the themed rooms and the 8 year old loved the bigger play structures. There was a rather large area that was empty aside from some face-in-hole photo props, so hopefully they will add something more entertaining there. The staff was great and the facility was clean. That said, it is a little pricey. I think offering memberships would be very useful. I'm glad I was able to check this facility out with older kids before bringing my 10 month old twins here. While nice, the section for 2 & under is small, so I don't foresee bringing my twins there yet for the price. For days I want to take them out to a play place, I'll stick to the kid rooms at the local libraries.

So much yes. This place is great. A little on the expensive side but luckily the entrance fee gets you access during an entire business day and you can leave and go back in without paying again (on the same day). It's similar to The Children's Museum in that they have theme rooms (fire station, grocery, kitchen, vet, etc) but they have a nice big play structure that the kids have a blast on. There's also a small section for the younger kids. And a section for grown ups. Well, they serve beer and wine and have free wifi and TVs so, yeah. Grown-up section. I just wish we had one in Summerville!

Military discount! This place was an Unexpected surprise. Was at the mall killing time and my four year old son spotted this. It's a pretty cool play place with an under 2 area as well. Here going on three hours now with no sign of either kid stopping. They turned the TVs on at had UFC showing. They noticed quickly then put on Sponge Bob!

This place was awesome! So many fun things to do. We stayed for almost 4 hours and she still didn't want to leave! The staff was awesome and were constantly sanitizing everything! They have so many things to keep kids occupied for hours and the price is great too! We had a great day and will absolutely be back!!

When you have a super energetic toddler, and every weekend you have to think really hard how to…read moreburn down his/ her energy, it is troublesome.I've tried to bring my toddler to the playgrounds in local parks, but she got bored after going too many times. Then I started to think maybe she should learn how to exercise properly instead of playing regular swings or slides. This summer we had a chance to visit relatives in California. I did some search and brought my daughter to a kid's gym class where the equipments are designed for young toddlers. Apparently, my daughter loved it. After returned back Savannah, I started to search a similar place, and fortunately, I found Peds Play literally the next block from Monkey Joes Savannah. The small gym is belonged to Peds Health by Dr. Ericka Russell- Petty. I first asked Dr. Ericka whether I could take a look before taking kids in. She kindly agreed and showed me around. When I saw the equipments, I talked to myself "OMG, they look tough, I don't think my toddler is ready for them". Dr. Ericka told me kids always find what they can do and enjoy being in the gym. I went home and considered for 2 days, then a Saturday morning I decided to bring my kids to Peds Play. My toddler in the beginning was very careful looking for what she wants to play. 20 mins later, she started to move things around (thank God, because it was still early, and we were the only party in the gym, so I didn't have to worry disturbing other kids). Then almost an hour passed, my daughter played crazy in the gym and climbing the net like a monkey. In the end, I had to beg her to leave. I think Dr. Ericka was correct, you've never known what the limited is for a kid. When my daughter walked out the door and headed to the car, she told me "mummy, I am so tired, but I like it". As soon as we got home, she crushed on the couch immediately. Dr. Ericka currently arranges with different classes for Saturday afternoon. Also plans for summer camp. Although my kids are still too young for either one, I believe after they turn to 5 years old, they will be excited to join the programs. But at least for now, my toddler can have fun and burn down her energy in this kid's gym in the weekend. Additional information: Have to be 2-25 years old to participate, and must wear socks or sneakers. Age 2-12 years and under 60 inches tall is $10 for first hour then $5 for additional hour Age 13-25 years or above 60 inches tall is $12 for first hour then $6 for additional hour Come back the next day for $7 for first hour then $3 If you are interested in being members, pay $30 for 30 days Monday-Saturday 9am- 6pm, Sunday Closed You may see Peds Play door is locked during the business hours. Please walk to the office of Peds Health, the assistants will open the gym for you.

Once within you see it's not just local vendors but a healing space featuring wellness studios, esthetician services, and meeting places where folks gather for events from yoga to presentations. There's a water refill station inside and a great restroom with sinks available indoor and out of the actual restroom. I noticed some meeting places as well with transparent walls good for community gatherings. Some notable places I've seen are The Sanctuary, DandiLion wax studio, and the Charleston Wellness Studio. Upon reading another Yelp review I loved they offer a venue space as well which would be great for showers or weddings perhaps! Something to look into. Another wonderful addition to the Schoolhouse is the picturesque garden next door. Enjoyed the flowers and greenery before embarking on my next task. Very peaceful space.

The Schoolhouse is a fairly new event center, I believe it has been about a year? More or less,…read morecould be wrong. At any rate, we were looking for a spot to hold our mom's 70th birthday surprise party. We were struggling with finding availability on a Saturday afternoon - church reception halls were booked, other venues were booked, and then other venues just wanted to charge too much for a birthday party (charging us Charleston wedding prices!!). The Schoolhouse actually did not come up in our search, but was recommended to my sister. My sister immediately contacted the Schoolhouse to check availability. They have a couple different rooms that are rentable, depending on size. We didn't need anything too big, so we were able to rent out the Music Room. Small room good for 30-40 people. They supply the chairs/tables with the rental. On the day of, Heather was there to meet us, and gave me her number in case we had any questions. I will say, the only issue was that there was another group that had a function going on in the next room and they had come in and taken one of our tables. So we had to take it back! Not a big issue, since Heather took charge, but it just seems like people don't understand that multiple events can go on. That is the biggest issue that I see with this space, is that people don't understand that multiple events can go on. Obviously, if you are the one renting it, then you know it, but your guests do not. So as we were setting up, we had the doors open so that we could bring stuff in from the cars. Well there were some random people that just walked into and through our room. Do you not see us setting up? Then eventually two people came in and were on the floor giving massages (what in the world??) - not sure if they were tenants or from the other party. Again, do you not see us setting up? We told them we had this space reserved, and they were willing to leave. Then I guess the party next door did not bring enough supplies, coming in and asking us for cups. No, we bought these for our party. I wouldn't say this is a fault to the event center, but a fault to guests/other people renting, to give other people common courtesy. We did end up closing all doors once we got everything inside from all of the cars, and had no other issues. My only suggestion would be to maybe have signs in place by the rental facility showing that "this room is privately reserved today, please do not enter". During the actual party with the room filled, it did get very warm. It was at least a cool night so that we opened the door to the outside to let cool air in. I'm not sure if we knew how to adjust the temperature or if we could adjust it, but that was our means of just letting the building be and letting cool air in. Also, there is ample parking in front and in back of the building. So your guests do not have to worry about having to park and walk or to pay for parking. Overall, I would definitely recommend this space for a party - reasonably priced, with a great setup on how much space you actually need.
