Perfect stop for a quick and healthy meal! The menu has several bowls to choose from, or you can pick your own combination from the huge variety of choices. I tried the Tropical Bowl from the menu, with half quinoa and half greens as my base, and chicken for protein. I also added corn, just because it sounded good. The portion was large, and super filling. I could easily have split it in to two meals but it was so good I finished it all in one sitting. I forgot to ask for dressing on the side since I was taking it to go for later, but no worries, it was not soggy at all even after an hour. Everything was so fresh and tasty, made to order but so quick. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean. I'll definitely be stopping by again! read more

If you are in Marshall and are looking for something lighter or healthier OBX is the place to go. While I wasn't blown away by the food I was blown away by the very existence of this place. (It is worth mentioning that the food was very fresh, just under seasoned and bland for my taste) It is almost impossible to find places to eat within the Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Marshall area that have great vegan options so it is always a pleasant surprise to find one. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you can tell they care about what they are serving. The menu is filled with options from coffee to smoothies to larger meal options. This is my "go to" whenever I'm in Marshall. It's the perfect spot to meet up with a friend to just chat & grab coffee, sit down to connect & eat lunch or swing by and order something to go! The atmosphere is comfortable & quiet, the food is healthy & fresh and the service is always exceptional. I love having such a healthy option, close by, with food that is made to order yet quick, as well. I have had several of their smoothies which have all been great! I will definitely continue to support Outside the Box and encourage everyone to try it when they're in town! read more

I think they are over priced basically just selling organic or vegetable food giving you certain sandwiches that you could buy at Panera bread much cheaper than this place I guess they think because they're downtown Marshall they can overcharge you and that's the problem with small businesses in a small town every business is going to overcharge you because you're trying to make $1 million to retire within the next four years that's not the way to keep your customers in business read more

Online ordering does not work, calling in isn't much better. The phone is always busy, when/if you do make it through, it takes forever to order. Today I tried the delivery service, 45 mins later, it still has not been delivered. The estimate they gave me was 25 min.
