OSU parents...ready this!…read more My son wanted to borrow my F150 to take on a road trip with his friends. The day before he picked up my truck from me in Tulsa it was misfiring. I know enough to be dangerous, and I changed an ignition coil based on the scanner that I borrowed at Autozone. Also, the AC wasn't blowing cold air, so I used a DYI freon can, which I'll never do again because it doesn't work. My son took the truck to F******** in Stillwater against my instructions. F******** said that the AC compressor was bad, and it needed a new ignition coil connector -- total almost $500. I sensed a con, so after threatening the manager at F********, I got the truck out of hostage. I instructed my son to take the truck to Triple H. I had spoken with Telena (whom I think directs traffic and runs things) 3 times on the phone, and she promised to do her best to have the truck ready in time for the all important road trip. I basically gave them a blank check telling them that whatever they find, I trust them. Guess what...the AC only needed servicing and the connector to the ignition coil (that I installed) just needed a little "jiggle" For that portion, they charged me $5. That's not a misprint...$5 as in 500 cents. The AC service cost around $60. Hmmm....Triple H = $70, F******** = almost $500. My son has 3 more years at Stillwater...wish I could say customer for life, but certainly for 3 years. All future parents...have your Cowboys take their cars to Triple H...ask for Telena!

Had a transfer case replaced in February '24 via aftermarket part from LKQ for $1800. In April…read more'25 same part went out again. Was given a quote of $1300 this time as I was advised the part costs $860I called LKQ immediately after leaving there office and discovered the part only costs $320. He advised the labor would be around $500. I contacted BBB due to his unfair pricing and was advised to refuse payment unless he produced a receipt. After asking for a receipt for the part, Ronnie stated, I don't have a receipt, we paid via credit card. Needless to say it's 2025, this guy is a crook and takes advantage of people who don't look into his antics. BEWARE of this place to say the least. I will never go back to him regardless. Over $3000 for two after market parts that didn't total $700.

Even 1-star is too high for this company. The P&K in Stillwater is a disgrace. A family member…read morerecommended them to me for a John Deere lawn mower repair because they were supposed to be the best and they could even pick up the mower and drop it off after repair. That sounded really helpful because it's hard to find time to haul the mower in or find time to work on it myself during the school year (as a commuting high school teacher). I went to their Stillwater office and told them that I had a bad front tire and was having trouble getting it to turn over when starting. I also told them that we bought it used a few years ago and the the deck needed leveled when we bought it so it was really important that we get it leveled while they had it in the shop. They picked up the mower in mid-May. The first estimate was around $500. Then later I got a call and said it would be a little more because there was something else that needed adjusting. So I said "ok do it." That bumped the cost up over $700, which is more than we paid for it. But I had no problem giving them the "ok" because I was under the impression that this would be a good investment and that they would get everything taken care of and return the mower in the 100%/best possible condition that a used John Deere mower could ever be. That was not the case. Finally after one month, they dropped off the mower in my driveway and the back tire was totally flat. So I called immediately and told them that I had an issue with the flat tire. The guy on the phone told me that there is no way their driver would have dropped it off that way and that something in the driveway must have caused the flat. And then he called the driver and called me back and said that the driver claimed the tire wasn't flat when he dropped it off and then informed me that they really don't do tire work and that I should just pop off the tire and take it elsewhere because tires aren't their thing. When I looked at my receipt, the very first thing I read on the comments was "couldn't level the deck because of bad back right tire." Part of the original work order included fixing a bad front tire (as mentioned in the beginning) and they did that, but I talked with these people three times over the month that they had my mower and they never mentioned that there was a bad back tire. And every time I talked with them I stressed the importance of getting the deck leveled. Also, when inspecting the mower later, I noticed that it needed some welding on the deck, which could have contributed to the unlevel mowing, but again, P&K had my mower for a month and knew that I needed the deck leveled but never mentioned any welding issues. So apparently they fixed a front tire, but ignored a bad back tire and any deck leveling. And they replaced the battery and fuel pump and they dropped it off in my driveway unusable after charging me $730. I am in shock.
