They cracked our oil pan,…read moreadmitted fault (not only to our vehicle, but several others), took our car key and said they would have it towed for repairs, then crickets. Haven't heard a word. Multiple calls to the customer service number where I keep being told that the district manager, Mr. Russell Mann, is looking over the issue. We finally had the vehicle towed ourselves and repaired. Our bank account is now missing $1300 because they chose not to be decent human beings. 0/10 do not recommend.

When I questioned the cost, the service advisor told me the high price was because they are an "auto care shop" and not a tire shop, essentially admitting they are not suited for this kind of work. If that's the case, I'm even more disappointed that they didn't recommend I go elsewhere instead of charging me three times the going rate. When I brought this up, they doubled down and insisted their pricing was average--which it absolutely is not. If you're a woman, a college student, from out of town, or someone unfamiliar with fair pricing in auto services, I strongly caution you against bringing your car here. In my experience, they took advantage of my trust and overcharged me for a basic job. I will no longer be taking any of my vehicles here. They've lost a paying and previously loyal customer through their actions.

And they won't allow you access to your car on their lot so you can retrieve your items, because of "liability" Then they will blame the people from the junkyard for your missing items. There are junkyards in the area that won't even deal with Boyer's because of these facts. Call around to verify. If this is "Service Like it Used to Be" - then nothing has ever changed, nor will it! I took it back to them and told them they needed to fix it, they tried to play dumb, but eventually they admitted it. Flash forward to today, I tried giving them another chance with an oil change cause prices everywhere else are pretty rough right now. I come in and they tell me they're ordering a filter and it'll be about 10 mins. Two hours go by and I ask for an update. They say they accidentally ordered the wrong filter and that they're ordering the correct one, and it'll take about 10 mins. So here I am, another two hours later and my entire day gone, hoping that they changed it correctly. They probably spilled some oil somewhere else knowing these guys though. If I would've known it was gonna take 4 hours, I wouldn't have waited here, but I came in and they told me it wouldn't take long. I don't know if it's the management, or the work culture, or something else, but this is a terrible Firestone and you should not take your car here.
