I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.

We saw the one outside again and told what they said and stated what she said, She then said no no I quoted you $9.50 So think bout this she told us 5.99 then inside said 8.99 then the first now said 9.50. sounds like they do not know the prices and have NO PROBLEM sticking it to customers. ON PLANTS that were going to die they lost a sale of 4. Also they are selling mustard green plants by the tray that the girl in the green house said it was TOO LATE and TOO HOT to plant, so why are they selling them. With serious winter weather in the forecast, we had serious concerns about losing power, so decided though we don't typically use the grill in the winter, we better have the tanks ready so we can cook if need be. I went over the morning before the storm, but was told I was too late, and their tank was already empty. But they said they had a truck coming around lunch, and took my name and number to call when it arrived. Sure enough, a few hours later, I got a call, and headed back. By the time I arrived there was a short line of people waiting, but they worked quickly, and kept the line moving. Pricing was very fair, in fact, much better than swapping tanks, as I've found the few times I saw them, they are not really full. When Sedgefield fills the tank, they fill it to 100%. They account for what is already in the tank, when they fill no games, no scams...you pay for what you get, and their pricing is $4 a gallon. Would certainly recommend to anyone, and will certainly give them future business. Not just for propane, but also for mulch or gravel when we do some landscaping work in the spring. Always good to have an honest business to do business with.

After reviewing the plan, I tried communicating via email, but got no response even though he had requested this method himself. Finally, I called and got one of his co-workers who was a well-known local garden columnist. In discussing the project plan, it quickly became apparent that the owner had mislead me about doing the work in late Spring rather than Fall, especially the lawn renovation. I never heard from him again. Months later, the other owner/ brother was doing some work for my neighbor when he accosted me as I was leaving and started threatening that I LEGALLY had to have some additional work done on my yard for drainage and runoff. Despite telling him that I was working with his brother on a separate project plan, this man of moderate stature with a severe Napoleon's complex said that he could care less what his brother was doing. Upon leaving, I called my neighbor and relayed my experience. He could not believe it as he said he had just been out there and specifically told the brother/owner what he wanted and what he absolutely did not want, including making any modifications to my adjoining yard which they seemed to be doing regardless. My neighbor's work was eventually completed at great cost, and a few years later, much of the work has quickly fallen into varying degrees of disrepair.

I very recently bought a very slightly used Massey Ferguson 2860E from them with delivery to a plot of land about 2 hours north in VA. As the tractor was at 40 hours, I negotiated they complete the 59 hour service before delivery so I could avoid the hassle of moving the tractor 10 use hours later. All good thus far. I further purchased a Bush Hog rotary cutter that was also used. Well, about a week later, I was informed the tractor was 'Good to go'. It was delivered and all was good there. Until at literally 44 hours in (only 4 hours of work), one of the hydraulic fittings on the front-end loader starting spraying fluid like a water hose. As somewhat new to the tractor, I thought it must've been a faulty hydraulic hose. I called Robbie at Joe's and he asked me to remove the line and bring it in for replacement. Great, except as earlier mentioned... I am 2 hours away. Anyways, I go to remove the hose and realize that the hose fitting was completely loose! Now, let me remind you that Joe's JUST FINISHED THE 50 HOUR SERVICE! One of the major items on that list is to ensure the fittings are tight and greased. It must've been important, since the factory recommended them to do this work, which I paid for in the deal. Now, let's make sure we are being fair... it was a used Massey Ferguson and it wouldn't be fair to judge too harshly if they were not a MF dealer... However, they are a MF dealer and have certain requirements to maintain that status. One of which is not screwing up the 50 hour service. So, I have a tractor that was supposed to be 'good to go' that within the first 4 hours of ownership I am having to take the hydraulic lines, learn how to bleed the hydraulics, go back to every service item they 'said' they completed and discount it all as a lie, and all with the customer service of 'remove the part, bring it to us, we'll get the part replaced for you, but you still have to do all the repair work because we are filled with either incompetent or careless technicians. You choose, it cannot be neither as my experience clearly represents. Don't do business with this group unless you like spending a lot of money ($28,000), just to turn around and second guess everything they 'most likely' lied about. On the only positive note, I am learning more about my tractor than I cared to 4 hours in, but that is due to this crew pissing me off. Robbie seems like a nice guy, but he is just a used car/tractor salesman. Trust him at your own peril.

The code worked without a hitch and the garage door lifted. I was very impressed with newer equipment and a great Wash price point. They offer an upper level too! Without a visit inside I feel comfortable with a solid 4 stars. I would swing by again if in the area.
