Derek came by, told us what he could do and gave us a reasonable price. He got his crew out before the tree really leafed. His crew was thorough and efficient. They spent the day cutting and chipping and cleaned up everything before dark. We sleep through windstorms now with no worries about tree limbs crashing !

They completed the job of cutting overhanging branches and removing a group of six medium size trees all close together near the front of the house. They also cut a thick branch that was leaning toward my neighbor's house, although it was not dead, but just in case it fell in the future. Steve and worker Rodney did a great job and cleaned up when finished. The price was reasonable for the four hours they worked. I would hire them again.

He arrived after working all day at another job. He told me that his schedule was full and they could probably start in ~2 weeks. Two days later he called and they managed to fit us in. As mentioned in some of the other reviews they were extremely efficient and the area looked amazing when they were done. My trees were in dangerous spots for the house and the neighbor's building. They did a great job SAFELY. I've cut a lot of trees down (when I was 40 years younger) and I think that if you want trees removed these are guys I trust! I do think that you pay for the quality of work that you receive. I've seen cheaper services and I've also seen what happens when a big tree drops on a property. We had a large willow drop on a rental property of ours resulting in $100,000 + in damage. I would highly recommend talking to and using this team.

We entered into contract with this company in December of 2018 to install a new roof which included…read morea ridge vent (for ventilation). On the day the new roof was installed we arrived home from work after dark to a dumpster filled with old roofing material and on the top of the pile was quite a few empty beer cans and beer boxes, I knew this was a bad sign so I took photos of this. 3 months later the entire roof leaked because they forgot to put the water and ice barrier down. They also did not install the ridge vent (we questioned this via email and the owners response was he couldn't because of the pitch of the roof which is rediculous, you can put a ridge vent on any roof!) Due to the lack of ventilation it caused black mold in the entire attic. They came to fix it by installing the water/ice barrier material that they forgot to put on in march of 2019 but still did not install a ridge vent which is needed to vent air into the attic. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to the owner about the mold and he emailed me that it wasn't mold, just algae and it would dry up. Its now 14 months later (and we now have become very educated on roof ventilation) after several emails back and fourth to the owner and a final phone call to him which he became extremely belligerent, told me it's not his fault and told me to F off and hung up on me. We now have hired a very expensive mold abatement company and also had to pay a new professional roofing contractor to install a ridge vent which was in my contract with JS&R Roofing. Such a nightmare!!!
