I feel like we were more than gracious when the quartz countertop for the bar was put in wrong, because NO ONE from Colonel was there when it was installed incorrectly. We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. We had high hopes, but really disappointed.

OUTSTANDING service! Who even DOES this anymore?!…read more I was desperate! Due to a lot of life circumstances, our backyard didn't get cut and the weeds were now waist high! This time of year, good lawn services are already booked with their accounts but I needed someone who could get into my yard and get it looking like a backyard again. Keenan took my call and booked coming over within a week! That's miracle #1. He got out here and went above and beyond, and in short order. I expected it to look like a hayfield when done with tons of raking and bagging to do. NOPE! Looked wonderful! Miracle #2. My regular lawn guy has a ton of stuff going on in his life so I asked Keenan about possibly taking my account. Get THIS! I live OUTSIDE his service area but he cared knowing I needed the work done. As owner, he said he doesn't get out on mowers much and his crews are all our handling their customers. But he personally came out to take care of my problem. BOOM! Miracle #3. And his company doesn't just do lawns. Check out his website for other outdoor services. I am enthusiastic to recommend Keenan and his team to you! https://www.akickinthegrasslawn.com

We are really happy with the crew at Genuine Lawn Care! When we moved into our home, we were in…read moreneed of a retaining wall and our yard needed some TLC. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, we will continue to use GLC and are happy to recommend this company to anyone! We have only had positive experiences with them right from the start. Thanks guys and Thanks Terry for helping our "curb appeal"!

In the fall of 2015, Team Green completely replaced my outdoor drainage system because of water…read moreseepage and mold in my basement. There were no issues afterwards with our typical rainfall. When the next HEAVY rainfall came, I had slight seepage from a crack in my foundation wall. I called the team and they returned promptly. With some minor fix at no additional cost, the problem disappeared and I believe I have the only 100% dry basement in University City! Because of the company's thoroughness, attention to detail and responsive customer service, I then chose Team Green to do a stone retaining wall, steps, path and patio in the front of my house. The exterior of my home was transformed from a weed filled slope to a lovely, inviting space that I enjoy on a daily basis. The Team was good about providing a timely, detailed estimate, explaining how the job would evolve, spray painting the outline of the path, wall and patio so I could visualize the finished product, and staying on task until completion. I receive regular compliments from neighbors, friends and strangers and requests about who did the work. Thank you Team Green!

His workers were courteous and responsive to my friend's directions, and came with all the equipment and supplies that were needed, leaving my mother's house looking well cared for.
