My husband even took the lift with Connor for a few green runs at the end. He also engaged our older son right away (when our younger one was having an early meltdown) but also came back to the little one after he calmed down and was able to get him excited and comfortable on the slopes. Basically all 3 family members got like a 1 hr private lesson, and everyone is looking forward to more! (I will say the 3-hr half day was the perfect amount of time as some members of our party were suffering from boot fatigue and we were probably outfitted too warm for spring skiing.) Also, I REALLY appreciated that Connor met us at the car and was sooooo helpful getting everyone into their ski boots and gear for the day. That literally took about a half hour of our time but it would've been miserable on our own (I don't doubt that my husband and younger son would've given up at that point) so THANK YOU CONNOR for your endless patience and support!!! P.S. I totally forgot to shout out James for the quick replies and giving us so much guidance over the phone both before and after the lesson. He recommended Solitude (prob the most economical lift tickets at this time of year) and he also advised my husband on switching out his boots for ones that were more comfortable. We hope to be back for more lessons in the future!

Amazing to see how fast they progressed compared to group lessons. You have to imagine seeing a group of 9 kids with 1 instructor on the hills while my kids had private attention at practically half the cost. Ride UT is the way to go.

I am a tall, nearly 70 year old and needed a motor assist mountain bike for off-road inclines…read more I bought my Rocky Mountain eMTB Growler from Level Nine Soorts in Millcreek 4+ years ago back in 2021 because they had an XL size eMTB which was less expensive than full suspension bikes available from other retailers. Even though I am a cautious, moderate level rider who does not crash or abuse bikes, I repeatedly had issues with the Growler motor not working properly. The torque sensor was replaced twice and the handlebar assist level remote was replaced once. to Sometimes the e-assist wouldn't work at all, and other times the e-assist woild inexplicably exceed the 20mph Class 1 speed limit. The last time I made the long drive to bring the bike into Level Nine for service, their senior mechanic said that the cause for the red/green blinking fault lights was a dusty torque sensor, which he said he cleaned it, which resolved the intermittent sputtering of the e-assist motor. I drove the 23 miles back to the shop and test drove the bike, discovering that the issue had NOT been completely resolved. The red/green fault light was still flashing and the electric engine was still sputtering and intermittently engaging and disengaging. I asked to speak to the mechanic, who seemed reluctant to speak to me. He claimed the blinking fault lights were not necessarily indicative of an actual fault and said there was nothing else he could do to repair the bike. He basically told me that the bike was irreplaceably broken and he couldn't offer any further assistance. Level Nine had liquidated almost all their inventory of bicycles and were gearing up for the snowboarding and skiing and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with non-current model e-bikes. I asked whether there were any other authorized Rocky Mountain dealers in the SLC metro area. He said he didn't know and that I could search for such information myself. Talk about LOUSY customer service! Vowing to NEVER patronize Level Nine again, I went home and found a few RM dealers in northern Utah. I decided to try one last time to get my bike repaired and so decided to take it to a business that specializes in just bicycles. The technician at the other shop sent me a photo of a frayed and nearly severed speed sensor cable that must have been intermittently rubbing against the rear tire. He replaced the cable and the bike works well once again. All it took was a tech who who knew what he was doing and cared enough to throughly troubleshoot the problem. My advice is to avoid Level Nine for bicycle sales & service and to go to a business that specializes in bikes.

As a skier of over 50 years I just want to tip my hat to the quality of the ski experience that has been created week after week and all hours of the day and night by the snowmaking and grooming crew. It is obvious you have tried to provide the best possible ski experience at Sundance. I don't know how all of you have pulled this off but honestly after skiing other mountains I still think that the runs that are open at Sundance are of remarkably good quality even with an 18" base! Thank you for all your hard work and making the best out of a super tough situation. You obviously have a highly knowledgeable and effective crew!

As soon as my family stepped into the resort, we were met by warm and kind people. Beginning at the front desk, there was complimentary teas and coffee that is offered. They will give you a pamphlet containing a map and all kinds of activities that you can explore at the resort. I appreciated the high quality paper material that this pamphlet was made of. Activities that we highly recommend you do not miss: the hot springs, morning yoga, skiing/snowboarding, hiking, and Sunday Brunch (especially if you are able to apply any resort credit to this). We appreciated the privileges and accesses that were offered for lodging guests. My family and I had booked this place with the points we received through a credit card. We were able to receive an upgrade for our stay due to this - so if you also have a travel package that can allow for this, please be sure to ask! Whatever help we needed whether it be in getting another bathroom robe or a ride to the ski school, the people here sincerely helped us without ever making us feel like a burden. I really want to acknowledge and thank all those who have contributed to making the magic happen here for our family to have a good time. The character of the people here is shown when they shovel the bunny hills for the kids and families. A wonderful place, we hope to be back again. Thank you all for our stay!
