We called Toyota and Pep Boys, but both said it would be a few hours and that we'd likely need a full tire replacement. Thankfully, we came across Bill's Tire Shop. They took us in right away, patched the tire within 20 minutes, and charged a very reasonable price. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but they completely eased our minds and got us safely back on the road. Truly kind, efficient, and honest people -- highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick, trustworthy service!

They were busy so I ordered two tires and informed Brandon that I would be there for open the next morning. Went back Saturday morning at 7:45, they open at 8am. Brandon was already there working. Pulled up behind car he was working on. Then when that guy left, was asked to pull into spot he was in. Staff began to show up. Other clients began to show up. The staff worked on and finished 3 other cars before completing mine. I was there for over an hour and had to complain to get them to work on my vehicle. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first. Either the staff doesn't respect management or they don't understand that priority is first come first served...or at least that is how it has been there for the last 15 years that I have gone there.

He cuts you off before you can finish a single sentence. Out of three phone calls I've never finished one full sentence. He hung up on me three times in The span of two weeks. All I wanted to know is if they have my tire size. I have yet to get that question out of my mouth. CRAZY that they actually get customers that are not all walk-ins.

I drive my car a lot and need tire repairs and replacements more often than normal... Up until recently, I had a few places that I would go in Camden for repairs and cheap used tires. Their service was always great. But the price for used tires in an emergency turned out to be quite a bit more than I had to pay if I had simply looked outside of where I normally went... A bad experience with one of these usual places is the reason that I found Harry's. A new tire for my car cost $200. A used tires at my former tire repair places cost $75-$80.. and they weren't in the best shape...crappy tires. At Harry's, all of the tires that I've gotten from him have been at damn near new condition. And to top it off, at half the price of what I was previously paying. Always friendly, and their customer service is great. You can't beat this place for a temporary or permanent tire replacement.

We then took the truck to Ford for a second opinion and were told that parts and valves had not been properly reattached during the original repair, and the leak had not actually been resolved. Rather than paying Ford for additional repairs, we gave this shop the opportunity to correct the issue themselves. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After the truck later broke down and was towed back to the shop, we learned the repairs still had not been properly completed and the valve covers needed to be replaced again. What made this experience even worse was the manager's response when we tried to address the issue professionally. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, we were told, "Take me to court, I'll be there waiting for you," before he hung up the phone. We also contacted corporate, only to find out the locations are independently owned and corporate cannot enforce refunds or resolutions. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with an auto repair business. We gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right and were met with poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. We are now exploring our options to recover the money we spent on repairs that were never properly completed.

They claimed to run out of welding gas and instead of doing it right it was a complete hack job. They cut the exhaust so they wouldn't have to extract bolts or do extra work. I was extremely disappointed after reading reviews I thought it would be good work but I believe they changed owners recently and he had no knowledge on actual vehicles. I picked my truck up and drove straight to another shop after being charged full price and more. Save your self the hassle I promise you.
