I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. I have been indoor cycling for many many years and these classes are fun, engaging, challenging, and sweaty. The energy that both Jay and Natasha give is 100% . There is a variety of yoga that can be taken here, from strengthening core to deep stretches helpful for rest and recovery, Hot 8 Yoga has it all. The staff are always so sweet and always try to negotiate for you to have the best deal, accounting in promotions during the time period you sign up. There is also incentives for finishing classes, if you finish 8 classes in a month, you get a hat that's usually $36 for free. My favorite personal classes were Yin Yoga with Ivy and Ben, these classes really helped with my zen and being well rested, I there is even Yin Yoga classes with included soundbath, allowing you to have a month of different variety of workouts with also not having to pay extra for sound baths or giveaways. Like mentioned earlier, try at least once. It's worth it.

I said I saw a receipt pop up during class on my watch and it's paid for. She said there isn't a credit card on file for me. I say, if that were true, then how did I pay for my intro week?! She said well that's a good point. Then she said oh, I do see that it was paid but I didn't charge you. I said well someone did. She said it must be for the day before. I said no, because I didn't have a rental before. The amount of harassments for $5 that I already paid for it unfortunate. I really wanted to make this my "IT" studio, but I don't want to patronize a studio where the staff are less than respectful. P.S. not sure how they clean their floors, but I only see them spray parts of it, so that's a no for me too.

I had secured the private cave prior to our arrival which was smarty, just like me. This is the type of care I would consider doing on a regular, because it was just that relaxing.
