I tried asking the parts counter and was told "don't have time to answer questions" and to " get in line if you want to talk to someone" So I waited in line for 10 minutes just ask if they carry headlights and the same part person just says "Nope, next person." I ask do you know where I could get one or what kind it is? Their response was simply I can't help you. I brought my bulb in to show what I needed and the sales person didn't even look at it. It was another customer overhearing my situation that suggested some alternative stores and also showed me there was still an adapted on the bulb which is why I couldn't find the proper bulb. The people who worked here were of no help and would not give me the time of day. I would recommend staying away from this store unless you want to spend a lot of $$ to get some attention

One of the worst service experiences of my entire life. Had to return three times, after they made…read morethe initial repair as they could not seem to fix it. Returns the boat once with grease all over the floor from boots, grease on the sides and windshield. After the fourth visit, I finally stayed in the shop and showed them the problem and what needed to be fixed. Boat spent several weeks at the shop and wasn't repaired until late fall. The next summer I discovered they had not tightened a clamp on one of the baffles which allowed water to get into u joints and gimbal bearing. The parts failed a year later and Ronds refused to take responsibility. Getting it back this time, I turned on the key amd found the radio tuned to 92.1 and the volume cranked as loud as it would go. I hope speakers are not blown. Also they failed again to complete all the work and the trim is not working properly. The organization is basically incompetent. Save yourself from headaches and DON'T TAKE ANYTHING there.

However, Chris N. was not deterred, he escorted us in, introduced us to his shop mechanic who diagnosed the problem on our Kawasaki Versys, and we we were on our way again in about 60 minutes! This level of service naturally warrants high praise but to take on a yet-to-be diagnosed motorcycle not merely 15 minutes from closing time but 15 minutes from the start of their three day weekend? Wow, there are no words. We are exceptionally grateful to Chris and his mechanical team (names?). They were instrumental to getting us back on our way and smiling on our road trip (started in San Francisco and returning to Chicago). I could not recommend Headingley Sport Shop more highly. They could have rushed the job but no, they took their time to ensure the motorcycle ran smoothly. And did it ever! They only serve white people here it seems like I made my way over to headingley a few times now…read moreand everytime I go its the same treatment I walk in and all the reps see me from their glass office and noone would attend to me at all I actually had to walk around another customer who was being helped to get acknowledged I was interested in buy one of there indian motorcycles which was recommended by a good friend of mine that told me how good the bike is to him but since they treated me like I am shit will never go back there...also when I finally got assistance I inquire about taking my cbr to have it looked over and was sent to the empty customer service desk i was absolutely annoyed and end up leaving after driving all the way out to headingley from st vital i end up buying some fresh gears and parts for my bike from capitol on st anns which had better service and was more welcoming lets support more small businesses instead of these large companies they don't need anymore of the average man's money they only cater to the rich it seems never judge a book by its cover
