Went in here looking for headlight for my motorcycle. Tried to get one sales persons attention. He…read morelooked and my and just walked away without even acknowledging me. I tried asking the parts counter and was told "don't have time to answer questions" and to " get in line if you want to talk to someone" So I waited in line for 10 minutes just ask if they carry headlights and the same part person just says "Nope, next person." I ask do you know where I could get one or what kind it is? Their response was simply I can't help you. I brought my bulb in to show what I needed and the sales person didn't even look at it. It was another customer overhearing my situation that suggested some alternative stores and also showed me there was still an adapted on the bulb which is why I couldn't find the proper bulb. The people who worked here were of no help and would not give me the time of day. I would recommend staying away from this store unless you want to spend a lot of $$ to get some attention

Formal complaint concerning Outback Power Products. 1500…read moreRegent Ave W #16, Winnipeg, MB R2C 3A8 (204) 654-7750 On Thursday 19 June 2014 I purchased an extreme mountain bike 70cc. The owner of Outback Power Products mentioned to me that if I was to take the bike out the same day that the warrenty will be voided! So I took the chance, little did I know. I brought the bike back Saturday 21 June 2014 which was with in 48 hours. The first ride I realized the front rim was bent and wobbled voilently as I picked up speed. Second, the whole back end was loose and made for a wobbly ride. Third, an aluminum oring that kept back rim assembly tight broke and needed to be replaced. Forth, the chain fell off due to this aluminum o-ring breaking. So I took the bike back within 48 hours and had a confrontation with both owners of Outback Power Products concerning the actual condition of this extreme mountain bike. And was told to take the bike back or they will put the bike out on the street. After the dust settled, Rick of Outback told me that it will take awhile before he can even look at the bike to fix it. I had a piece of the o-ring that was damaged and mentioned I could bring it in early if he needed to order the part. I was met abruptly with don't bother just bring it in when we're ready to look at your bike. "Very rude indeed". So I decided to call other dirt bike mechanic shops due to the fact that I will be waiting along time for this bike to be fixed. And to my consternation found out that most of these shops will not touch products from Outback Power Products due to there products made in China and are built very poorly. Most of these shops mentioned that if they even try to work on my extreme mountain bike other parts may and or will break. And they do not want to be envolved in matter. Plus they don't have access to parts, and manuals to fix these machines due to the products are from China. So to conclude that A- Outback Power Products are very poorly made, B-The owners are very un-professional, C- No other local shops in Winnipeg will not touch these bike due to them being very poorly made. If you have read to this point I hope that you save you time and your money and avoid this business at all costs.

I was looking to buy an Electric scooter. I met a young man who had a scooter. I then asked him…read morewhere he purchased his scooter. He mentioned that he had purchased his at Outback Power Products. My husband and myself went to the location where I purchased an Electric scooter. I had a few problems but the staff made sure that I was 100% taken care of. If I was unable to get my scooter to the store they came out and made sure that the problem was taken care of on the spot. If the weather was not cooperating they made sure they got my scooter home for me with their own truck. I have never owned a scooter but once I went and purchased one from Outback Power Products that was the best purchase that I had ever made. I love my scooter and next year I am planning to upgrade to a gas scooter and the only place that I will purchase one is from Outback! My husband and I will definitely be long time customers of theirs. So if you are planning on purchasing a scooter etc. then I highly recommend you go to Outback Power Products where they believe in keeping their customers happy and will go out of their way to make sure that is so.
