Each plate was served , nicely cooked and explained to us what it was. The Japanese style dessert as recommended, Mucha ice cream, torfu with syrup was a surprise to end the meal. Suggestions to business; change the supplier of your sausages, cut your potatoes into cubes add some Rosemary and put into a Ramekins - A little effort into presentation would go a long way.
