The building is well constructed, not some outdoor, garage-looking storage facility. There are push carts available right when you walk in to help shuffle things to and from your unit. The elevator (if you have an upper unit) is large and always working. And setting up my account was easy. The front desk is always very polite, and always prompt in resolving any issues you have. One of the light bulbs in my unit went out. They had it replaced within the hour. There was an accidental charge to my card. A short and simple conversation later, my card was refunded. I recommend checking this place out if you need to store your stuff.

There were dead mice and I've been paying HUNDREDS of dollars EVERY month (they increase the rent every year and it cost $307 a month when I finally got out) to get my property destroyed. It may as well have sat out in the elements! And I come with receipts. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The only things NOT ruined were the items I had sealed in totes. And don't believe their "responses" to poor reviews... they are automated and the company couldn't care less! And your reviews won't post to their site either.
