Everyone at the register was welcoming, and our host, Ms. Becky, was exceptional. She was attentive, informative, and made sure our group had an enjoyable experience throughout our tasting. We really appreciated how she took the time to explain each wine selection and tailor the experience to everyone's individual tastes. The only drawback during our visit was observing the male manager being somewhat short with Ms. Becky, which was unfortunate to see given how hard she was working to provide excellent service. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic. My entire party enjoyed themselves, and we all left with bottles to take home.
